I dropped the car dolly at the specified location. I was not familiar with the online return process. I made several calls to the agent, but kept going to voicemail. I was worried that the transfer of responsibility had not taken place. Anyone could go and back-up to that tow dolly, drive off and I would be responsible. Eventually I contacted customer service. They said that notes would be made on my agreement that the item was returned.Gary G.

The workers within the office were not wearing a mask although we were in close quarters. I was given the keys well past the time of my pick up because the rep was out on a personal call. Upon returning he informed me on how he would usually be "off of work" around the time of my appointment. 2 out of 5 stars and that's only because of the rep I spoke with over the phone who assisted me in obtaining a vehicle.Cordarrius W.
The website for pre-booking online needs to indicate if the place is capable of picking up rentals before it is open via the app or website on your mobile phone. When I went in there at my 8am time slot to get the rental the website told me to come back at 11am when the location opens. The person at the location working there did a great job with what he was able to do so it's not a fault of his location it is a fault of the online service. One note for the location is that it needs a drop box for the keys to go in when you drop off the vehicle.Brian B.

Adams Family Services was very disorganized. No answering of the phone, no details on office location (inside an office building). Trailer locked and had difficulties getting it unlocked. Could not hook up the trailer. Had to hook it up myself. Had difficulties with lights. They were no help. Sent me to another location to get assistance.Steven B.
