The place I rented from was dark, no lights on the building. Luckily the building across the street had some lights. The process of knowing which truck was mine was not clear, two large trucks were parked close to each other and it was not clear which one was the 20' I rented. So I spent 30 minutes at the wrong truck, 15 or so of that on the phone with 2 different U-Haul people who didn't know how to help me. The wire locks are not easy to use and this was just an overall bad experience.

The truck was clean enough, but the oil change light was on. Not sure how long it was like that before. Also, my reservation was not set up correctly. I set the reservation on the phone with an agent. When I got to the site to get the truck, I was unable to check in online and the place was closed on Saturdays. I ended up sitting on hold for over 30 minutes to get to an agent on the phone, and they had to change my reservation so I could check out the truck.

I would recommend, and have already, that you pick up a truck ONLY from a location that is open when you get the truck. The Uhaul check in from my phone was terrible. "Submit someone who can verify you" - what does that mean? Why is that in there? The online "assistance" i had timed out when i had to change my password. Overall, your online checkin would prevent me from reommending any one else ever use it.

I spent $249 on a 15 foot truck and turned in in early, and with half a tank of gas, way more than I was supposed to put in it and then they charged me an extra $116 and tried to say I didn't turn the truck in until Sunday which was false. I turned it in on Saturday and they had the audacity to keep insisting I was wrong. Long story short I still haven't received my money back into my account.

Probably a great place during daylight hours, however we dropped off very late at night and it was a dark lot which was difficult to take the required photos. We did not have any contact with any one at this facility because it was after hours. We would use this place again during daylight hours.

The St Louis location was closed on Saturday at 4pm. I didn't realize I was supposed to call a 1-800 number when I delivered the truck there with a full tank of gas. I had lost my phone in the move & I hadn't received a paper copy of my contract. I called Uhaul Monday morning after my phone was found in one of the moving boxes. I was still charged for 2 extra days when I had actually returned the truck within 9 hours. I am very aggravated that I didn't receive a paper copy like I did a year ago when I rented a truck.

I booked my trailer online. Everything was ready when I arrived, They hooked up the trailer to my truck and off I went. I dropped the trailer back off after hours and early Monday morning received my receipt. Would absolutely recommend this location!

The check-ins experience was extremely horrible took us three hours we were supposed to pick up at 8 we didn't leave the lot until almost 11 we had to wait for almost an hour for the process to go through and then the app kept crashing it was ridiculous and then we finally got the code for the truck the combination lock would not work that took 45 minutes all by itself there was no help no phone call no phone number to call it was horrible absolutely horrible I want my money back

Service was good truck was filthy bugs all over the front and windshield I had to clean it up. Cab reeked from smokers Rear compartment got grease on my furniture. U haul said they had no 10 ft. Trucks when leaving this location there were 2 2 tenths of a mile down the street.

Little or no front desk customer service. There were 2 ladies in the office but neither one really seemed to want to wait on me. One lady was on the phone with a personal call and the other lady finalized my paperwork but really seemed uninterested in my business. The guy that hitched the trailer up was great. When I brought it back I had to unhitch it myself and the lady in the office told me to leave it in the parking lot and asked my name so she could close out the ticket. Other u-haul place close to this one used to rent trailers was much more professional and interested in my business.

No one was there to help at drop-off but was able to go through the on-line drop off check out process. Unhooked the trailer and manually moved it back to the spot I found it.
