YOLANDA BI made reservations for a 20 ft truck and dolly. The quote was 186. When I got there on time at 9:30. There was a totally different quote service was terrible and I didn't get to leave there until almost 3 that afternoon. I probably won't EVER use uhaul again. Rented 3 trucks in the past 4 months and each time the price has raised a lot each time. So I hope uhaul has enjoyed it because I won't be using uhaul again unless they give me a awesome deal.
BYRON EMake sure to include facility hours - was not aware from U-Haul website / contract that the agent did not open until 10:00a, even though we had a 9:30a pickup time scheduled. Fortunately, they opened earlier (9:45a) and the representative (Maya) was very nice and the process went smoothly.

Actavia KI was directed to another store since the truck I was supposed to get didn’t get returned the previous night. Nobody was at this location to assist me. The truck assigned to me was attached to a trailer which I didn’t need a trailer. I had to call a friend for help to get the trailer off since nobody was at this location to take it off for me. The inside of the truck still had a ton of blankets in there from the previous user and was not cleaned out. The gas was not even halfway full. The driver or passenger seat was stuck and would not adjust to drive comfortably. The side mirrors would either be too in or too out to where I couldn’t even see. There was no in between when trying to position it.
Alexa PThe truck wasn’t ready when I went to pick it up on Friday and When I went to the store on Saturday to discuss a issue, I filled the truck up by over 40 and wanted to discuss this, I left the gas receipt and never received any correspondence. I feel that had I not put gas in the truck it would have been billed to me so if I overfilled it why can’t I be credited
PAMELA HLocation was closed before 1700hrs. Location was designated for drop off location on printed contract but app displayed, I was at the wrong location. Got assistance thru u-haul customer service. After refueling the vehicle to the proper level. I was charge a fueling fee.

JONATHAN LTruck was not available at Eastside UHaul because the idiot manager forgot to set it up even though I had it booked for 9 days. Had to find one elsewhere. Refused to give me $50 that you promised if the truck was not ready. The truck I eventually picked up was parked in a muddy field with no lighting. The truck was filthy. I cleaned it but my wife didn't want to use it because it was probably full of roach eggs. We returned it unused. I'd like a full refund of the $42 and change you charged me.

Katrina AThe truck clean, however it was hard to hold in the road, meaning either the steering mechanism need service or the front tires are out of line. The service was great. I needed additional time on the rental and it was granted with no problem. I will use U-Haul again, just hoping for a better maintained truck.

Stacey AThe morning I was to pick up my rental, I was called and told they were closing early and I'd have to use the app to check in and get my rental via the lockbox. When doing so I found that they forgot to put my appliance dolly in the back. This was required for the moving we needed to do. Since no one was there, I made note on the app, but never heard back. When we got home with the truck we called Uhaul corporate who removed the dolly charge and sent us to another location to get a free dolly. Once there, that location had no idea what we were talking about so we had to make more phone calls from there. Finally we were able to secure a dolly ~ 2.5 hours after our pick up. We lost that time and put extra miles on the truck while rectifying. As a result of losing that time, I had to rush over to return the truck and was charged a fuel fee of $45 for ~ .125 tank of gas (~20 miles) of driving. It's stressful enough moving, but this Uhaul experience only escalated the stress levels and left us feeling taken advantage of with time and money lost as a result and without any acknowledgment or attempt to make it right.
Eric FPouring rain and I had to walk a quarter mile in ankle deep water to get to the truck. It was parked between 2 others with only a foot between which was very difficult to back out. Other places bring the truck to the office.

VICKI MSecond time I've rented from this place. I always get the new cargo van and its awesome!! The women at the front desk.. Tami? .. is super nice and the cats are funny. Great location near I-85. I didn't know my reservation self-cancelled and she was able to get me right back in a van.. close call, but she saved me! Thanks for the on-going excellent rental experiences!

Kayla HAlthough the Facility is an older Facility, the amount of available Inventory and the condition of the Inventory was better than we expected. Would definitely recommend and we will also rent from there in the future.

Ricky SPickup and vehicle was fine, but I was charged for fuel after dropping it off. I do not agree with the charge as I returned the vehicle with more fuel than when I picked it up.
BARRY EThe employee was pleasant to work with. The truck I had was terrible and shouldn’t be rented out. The engine light was on, the steering wheel wasn’t straight because the truck needed a wheel alignment and probably a tuneup. As a whole Uhaul as a company need to upgrade need upgrade trucks. It 2023 I should have to hand roll my windows up and fix the side mirrors with my hands lets be real.

Erin CI have found this location is the easiest for pickup and drop off. It always helps to check out on line - so you can process quickly. They always seem to have trucks available.
