The mileage fee brought what should have been a $30-$40 trip to over $100. The truck was fine, the location was fine, but I will try to not rent from any uhaul again due to the ridiculous mileage fees. It is simply too much.Katherine V.

Charge me for a second day rental and also charge me for things I told them I did not need . Told me I couldn't rent it one way or return it to another lot to another U-Haul dealer. Had me bring it back to them. Had to call customer service to get things straightened out.Kenneth S.

I was charged for insurance although when I made my online order I requested not to have it as my car insurance pays for it. I was told they needed to verify my card, then they added an additional $25. Not happy at all.Anthony H.
