Many things wrong with the truck. Padlock was broken, no windshield wiper blades.

Vendor was not attentive and has too many different businesses out of this location. The horn didn't work The driver side windshield wiper was missing. Almost side swiped a semi when I turned on the windshield sprayers and couldn't wipe the driver side. I told the owner of the shop and said I should have checked for that first. Am I supposed to check under the hood to see of the brake lines weren't cut? Wow.

They said I lost the trailer and Dolly when I returned it thank God I took pictures of me returning time stamped. Then they charge me for two days when I didn't even have it for 24 hours.

owner told me if i returned the ruck for the weekend (since he needed it for another rental) I would be able to rentit the following day. I returned to and when I went to pick it up he said it was not available and that I should of had booked it. He relayed no such thing at the moment he asked me to return the truck. it affects my business and the credibility I have with the establishment

The people at this location were very helpful and very nice. The van I rented was very clean spacious and seemed mechanically sound. I would definitely use them again. Price is decent.

I am frustrated with u-haul the company not this location. I would not recommend U-Haul at any location to anyone. On the day I was to pick up my U-Haul my location was changed TWICE!! Which led to an extra hour round trip drive to pick up my U-Haul. Then they changed the size of the truck from fifteen feet to twenty feet, I had requested a 15 foot truck two weeks in advance. Finally, a moving company was booked for me, only for that moving company to call me and tell me that they were not available for booking on that day. Add in about 40 minutes in total being on hold, and it was a rotten experience and you have just lost a once loyal customer

The ONLY Employee working the office seemed very inexperienced at receiving truck returns, as well as dealing with previous customer issues. Initially he couldn't find my reservation; I provided him a copy of my contract to assist him, and after some time was finally able to locate.

Wasn't cleaned at all, pretty disgusted by the look on the inside.. garbage was left inside and you could see spilled stuff in the back. No effort left to clean.. won't ever go back.

When customer make reservations fir pick up have the vehicle ready for pickup on there time to pick up, in stead of ,,haven them wait, and wait, and wait, as if the customer not standing there,

I reserved a 24hour rental. From 4pm Friday to 4pm Saturday. But when I get to the pick up location. The receptionist tells me that I have to drop it off by 1pm because he has someone else picking it up. I told him I'll try my best to bring it at 1pm. I have a lot of stuff to move that's why I requested 24hours. But he told me if you are late past 1pm. You will be charged $50 late fee. The truck also smelled like cigarettes the whole time. Unacceptable.

Randy the supervisor had to come out and replace straps and other components to the dolly trailer. My husbands appointment time was at 11 and didn't leave until almost 2 ! The owner of the U-Haul said the trailer was fine to take the way it was it would have put my husband and sons life in danger if the tried to move the car like that ! He was an irresponsible owner and should not be renting U-Haul products to anyone!!! Luckily my husband argues with him that it wasn't ok and to get a supervisor there and the supervisor also agreed was absolutely not safe ! Won't be renting from this location again and no one else should either ! Thank you to the supervisor who helped my husband.

The owner was very understanding about my issues. I had filled the gas tank and told in Santa Maria how large the tank was and what mileage was . When I arrived at my location I had over half a tank . The co. Here gave me a credit. Thx

Don't send not mail threats to jack up the price mid rental. Add stickers in damaged areas so customer doesn't have to waste time on this. Or just fix the messed up equipment. Also Google maps sent me to 2 vacant lots before I found this one. Might want to sort that out too.

The website need to be clear. You rental agreement is farmed out to a person who runs 3 trucks and not the actual company. First location didnt have my truck, second place wasnt open till later, so my move day was late.

They told me the rate was 29.95.. not once did he tell me I was going to be charged mileage and we only had the uhal for 3 hours..and charged more in mileage and gas .. was close to $70.00 way more than I expected!! Wish I would have know!!!

Homeless people's property and feces were right outside the drivers side door. The vehicle was fine, once I got in. I totally understand it is a regional problem here, short of putting the truck in a locked garage, there isn't much the branch owner could do.

Great customer service. Very quick and I was able to get in and out within 10 min. Express online check in sucks. We wasted 30 min before going into the store and having them help. Do not recommend express check in at Uhaul, just go in to the store. It's so much faster.

I was not able to use the website to check in the vehicle. When attempting to enter the milage I found that I was unable to enter a zero. Why offer this if it will not work?

Stench inside the cargo area. CK tire pressure. Had to spend half hr to nearest gas station to inflate passenger back tire. Noticed the prob after truck was loaded w cpl furniture pcs & boxes. Unacceptable, unsafe & a liability issue.

Store opened late, vehicle was extremely dirty inside and out, there was no windshield wiper fluid - had to wash myself by hand. Representative would not write down all the damage on the vehicle and didn't care or apologize for being late. Very disappointed.

My overall experience was awful. I had reserved a 26 foot truck a week in advance in LaHabra. That got cancelled. Then I went to the one in Fullerton a made a reservation on Wednesday before the move. It got cancelled on Friday. I finally got truck in Anaheim on magnolia. The 26 footer didn't start so they tried to get another truck somewhere else. Finally they gave me a 15 footer but tried to charge me the same price. I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN. The people at the magnolia place were very helpful.
