The trailer was not clean. Moving blankets, ratchet straps, sand and broken glass were left from previous renter. Both turn signals and brake lights worked but trailer lights did not work. Verified my truck wiring is ok with my personal trailer. It took 3 tries to get this trailer. The closest did not have the trailer I needed and would not find one for me. He pointed over his shoulder at a phone number written on the wall to get help. Very rude. The second place didn’t have one either but she found one convenient to me and set up the reservation. The third had the trailer. I picked it up Friday morning planning to return it Sunday morning but the weather was going to be messy so I returned it Saturday. The agent made it easy to return it early.

JESSICA RLocation is part of another establishment and was closed at around 6:08PM when we dropped off the truck. Returned using the app and key drop box which was fine except for the fact that it was 10F outside and taking multiple pictures of the truck with below freezing temps was less than desirable.
ARUN KPickup the truck and auto hauler at this location and drive home. While loading I noticed the front passenger wheel was black and upon further inspection the grease cap was missing on the hub with the bearings visible. It had been like this for a while since they were dry and had chunks of leaves in them. I called the U-Haul road side assistance and they towed the vehicle from my home. Afterwards U-Haul made me drive another 45 mins one way from my house to pick up a new truck. This location had no record of me coming so that was another 45 mins of me coordinating Uhauls 2 departments because y’all cannot. After an entire day of driving around to find an operational truck I had to load the new vehicle at night to keep my scheduled delivery for my daughter in Texas. After all of this I was not contacted by U-Haul directly as stated to address the issues, but just issued a $50 refund for my trouble via email. Next time I will just drive down the interstate to Texas let the wheel come off and sue if I survive. Apparently that’s easier on customer service.
Samuel LI was pulled over 3 times because of Clarence lights and taillights.The connector jumper wire seemed to be bad.I bought one myself and installed it\nRemoved it before I brought your trailer back other than that, everything went fine and smooth trailer towed.Perfectly straight
