I was able to use the truck over the weekend without an extra charge. That was really nice. The blankets were not in the truck as requested, but the business took it off my bill. The lady at the front desk was helpful and answered all my questions.

The manager at the location was so great to worth with. She was friendly, everything was ready to go, super clean, and the return was just as easy. I would not hesitate to use this location again or recommend to family and friends.

Make sure that the emergency brake is fully disengaged instead of partially disengaged when it's picked up. Also I was stopped by police on the way to my drop off location for not stopping at an agriculture inspection station. I was not told that I had to stop for that. The police just gave me a written warning and told me that U-Haul doesn't tell their customers about stopping. The nice people at my pick-up location didn't tell me that and I've never been told that in previous U-Haul rentals that I've had. I will add that the agents at my pick-up were very courteous and friendly.

We're vary rude lady tried saying keys weren't with the truck tried saying gas and mileage was off I took pictures before and after and they refused to look at I was charged over 500$ that I refuse to pay I stop all transactions to the card I used so you guys will never receive a dollar from me I tried to contact you guys and got no answer am vary upset about the issue and would like a reply back from someone

Cab needed to be vacuumed. I didn't care but didn't want to get blamed. And at drop off wasn't sure if I should keys back in lockbox or in door slot. Overall though excellent experience. Phone check in easy to use

There was some kind of smoothie drink spilled all over the passenger door and seat and there was dog hair in most of the cup holder/accessory storage. I did not notice this at first and did not affect my trip except I was forced to clean the vehicle before I turned it in.

The inside of the uhaul was filthy upon pick up. There was press on nails and napkins on the floor. Sand as well. I was very disappointed. Other than the location and how close it is, there's no reason I'd rent from this uhaul location again.

Nothing, the lady who checked me out at that location was awesome and very customer oriented. Giving her a raise is a must if you don't want the competition snatching her and offer her more money than you're actually giving her.

The pickup truck that I rented was not clean, you could see what appears to be drinks that were spilt on both the drivers side and passenger side doors, as well as the floor mats. The vehicle was extremely dirty on the outside ( not really a big issue ), however if I'm paying $80.00 to rent a truck for 24hrs, only putting 50 miles on it I at least expect it to be clean and not smell of cigarettes. I was also charged for fuel (2 gals) which I thought was very petty.... Very disappointing....

This is the first time I've rented a uhaul outside of office hours and it was a great experience!! Both pick up and return was done after hours and it was so convenient. Thanks for the videos demonstrating the pick up and return process..... I couldn't believe how simple and easy it was.

UHaul over charged my account by $30. It was very frustrating having to catch this and go out of my way to call customer service to correct the issue. While it is all settled now, had I not immediately caught this, my $40 rental could have been $70.

The truck was in absolute disarray. Broken parts all over, filthy, not street legal, and should not be in use. I had to delay part of my move due to this which added costs to my rental. On top of that the customer service at this location was non existent. The seemed put out that I was there and could have cared less about the customer or the sale. I have several photos of the truck if you would like for verification.

The uhaul app and on line system runs very slowly. It takes a while to go to the next page and if you hit the button because it looks like it didn't do anything. So you hit it again but it did the first time throws you in and out of pages or says error adding and it did add it so you try again and it adds it twice. I was just trying to check in and it took me an hour of my time cause of this didn't matter whether I was on my computer at home or my cell phone. The whole process should have taken maybe 10 mins. Very nerve racking.

Usage: Roundtrip 2.5 miles, 3 hours. The person at the counter told me she would have to cancel the truck reservation if I didn't take Uhaul's insurance. I asked if I can keep my personal car in the parking area for 30 minutes but she said it would get towed. I still rented the truck out of sheer need. The visor fell on my lap and the engine was rattling as soon as I drove it off. Don't rent at this location.

We couldn't pick up the truck until 10a and had to return by 4p. This isn't a very long time for a rental. The truck was abused on the inside.

My only struggle was to check the vehicle back in upon return. It was dark and I was not familiar with the check in process. The process was intuitive but unexpected, and my option was a $20 fee for U-Haul to perform the check in the next day.

Awesome service. Jenny was great. We stopped in without notice and were on the road with a rental within less than 15 minutes. Amazing. She was knowledgeable about what we would need for what we were moving and steered us in the right direction. Will definitely go here for future needs.

Although the truck was on site and ready for me to take delivery, there was a glitch in the U-Haul computer system which indicated the truck was still in use and could not be rented to me. The customer service representative was helpful and did her best to fix the problem which she did. Unfortunately, this took 35 minutes, resulting in an unplanned extra $67 expense for the movers I hired by the hour.

Absolutely incompetent and will forever be a customer for any other company. Charged a month after rental was completed and a late payment charge after instructed that the payment will process to my card. Furthermore, the truck was rented to pull a trailer and didn't include a hitch so I was left to procure my own at the time of picking up my trailer. Then, I was charged the addition mileage for doing so. What a joke of a company.

The person who last had the truck left it filthy in the back. The check-out guy was friendly and getting the truck was easy. I had a great experience except I wish I knew in advance that I could have checked the truck in at the return through the app. I did not find that out until I returned home and it was too late. I returned the truck clean and where it was originally parked.

It would be nice if there was some straps available In the truck so the furniture doesn't slide during the drive. It would be convenient and people would worry less while on the road. Other than that excellent service would highly recommend.

Your need to upload my ID through your app is pathetic. Why should I learn a new app to do YOUR job for you? Why should customers have to deal with this especially when your app does not work on my phone? It nearly cost you a customer. I spent 20 minutes trying to get it to work and then the guy behind the desk took care of it in 30 seconds.
