The office doors a constantly locked and are extremely hot. No sign or phone # on the door to tell customers to knock or call. The attending staff is young and does not know what she is doing. Has no knowledge of simple information about the vans. Keys retrieve is not done timely and I received a call 48hrs later to ask if I drop a van that I rented for only 2hrs. We were given a U-Haul truck that was covered in mud and ants both inside and out. We informed the lady that gave us the keys and checked the truck out to us, but she looked at the truck and said that â€œthat's what we get and no one ever complains because they usually have contractors inside of the truckâ€ and that we would have to just â€œdeal with itâ€. We had to take it to a car wash and pay to have the inside cleaned out and we tried to remove all of the ants after being bitten multiple times and finding ants inside of our bags and personal belongings. At the end, we finally got ahold of the district manager who was the only person to actually care about our situation and he tried to make things better even though we were at the end of our trip. But the location is horrible and mismanaged all the way through and they do not treat their customers with any dignity or respect. They are a disrespect to the U-Haul brand name.TIMOTHY F.
My reservation requests for two back to back rentals was an absolute nightmare. While I have better service commentary specific to the on-site agent (she modified the booking for an additional day plus provided extra miles) it was a painful experience during an already stressful time. Extremely poor and inept customer service. Staff could not handle basic functions for simple check out and check in. And we had a confirmed online reservation, with all required documentation and payment info uploaded in advance in the reservation system. It should have been a 5 minute or less pickup process. After waiting one hour of the staff member being unable to process the reservation, while refusing to call someone to assist her, she just stopped trying to complete the reservation and sat there. She then told me to leave and find another place to rent a truck because she didn't know what to do. It was absolutely mind-boggling how the inept and arrogant the staff treated a paying customer with a basic reservation, just because they couldn't handle a simple everyday situation. Save yourself a hassle and rent from ANYWHERE but here.Mark W.
Worst customer service experience EVER! Overcharged by Assured agent by accident for multiple charges. Called to to rectify all of the charges, owner chose to haggle instead. When I did not agree he left all charges on. Absolutely disgusted with this place this was my first and LAST time using Assured at 124 New Hope Rd Fayetteville GA 30214.RITCHIE C.

There was no person at the location and when I attempted to check in online I was unable to do so due to it telling me that I wasn't at the location according to the GPS even though I had given it permission to show my location. I was fortunately able to borrow someone else's phone which eventually worked. The process still took quite some time. Funnily enough the lock code I was given was HELL which describes the online checkbin process perfectly.Joseph E.

The representative in the building was very rude and unprofessional. I understand telling the customer the policy about tardiness but she had a demeanor that was of impatience and rudeness. The truck that we received did not have a drop of coolant and almost broke down driving to our destination. My husband had to buy some coolant to put in the Reservoir. I called and left a message on the answering service but till this day I have not received a call back. Terrible experience.LAKEISHA G.
When I picked up the 10' truck, it had little less than 3/4 of a tank fuel. When I brought the truck back I made sure I had 3/4 of a tank . But when the person checked it, she said its not enough fuel in the tank & charged me $10. This comes to about 5 gallons of fuel. If it was couple of gallons, I don't mind. I was charged too much for the fuel. I don't like it.Sajid F.

Your online services are not user friendly. The hitch on the truck had been stolen and the only option U-Haul suggested was for me to purchase a hitch...which I did (after driving 10 miles to a U-Haul location that actually sold hitches). One representative offered to refund me the $50 rental guarantee. Once I finally returned to the New Hope Road location (Jasmine, who was very nonchalant regarding my rental issues) informed me that her boss (Derrick at 678-218-7558) refused to refund the (which after the $27 I paid for the hitch would have only have been $23 that would have been refund to me). Finally after conversing with my male friend did Derrick agree to refund me the $23. The interior of the pickup truck was very muddy and dusty. I've rented from U-Haul every week for the past month and each time I ran into major issues. I must give credit to Korea (at the Riverdale location). She was extremely helpful and her customer service was off the charts. At this point I seriously doubt if I will use U-Haul again. I'd rather pay a little more with another company than to deal with online issues and terrible customer service.MARION D.
The location was convenient and they were friendly but completing the contract took too long and I couldn't get a printed copy of the contract. The truck had a short ramp which made it steep. The air conditioning worked for about 30 minutes of the 3 hour trip but the truck drove fine.JAMES G.

Where I made the reservation. I went to pick up the truck and the location was moved to fayetteville where I needed to get it. Noone called me, sent an email to let me know I had to go to a different location for the truck. They didn't have an exact address it just said fayetteville. I had to go online and search for uhauls in fayetteville. It took about 20 minutes before I could find. It was very difficult.stephanie G.
Upon renting the 10' truck online, I thought there was a ramp that was provided as part of the rental. None provided. Rental agent was very kind but was not sure why not. Thankfully what we were hauling was not an issue, but for someone else it might be. Online should be more clear. Otherwise it was a smooth experience.renata S.
