The location and the agent were ok. The truck was noisy and ready to age out of the program. Truck needs to be retired. Left front tire was showing signs of either misalignment or unbalanced, with lots of rattles.Robert A.

Inspect the actual gas that was in the tank. When i took the truck the tank was a 3/4 full and before i put it back i put some gas in it leaving it at the same 3/4 full and after you guys made the review you guys charged me $28 of gasBryan O.

I drove to the location on Monday 5/10/22 at 0800 hrs to drop it off even though it was not due until 10am. I followed the instructions of the attendant and dropped it off with no issues, so I thought. Yesterday 5/11/22 (one day later) at 4:30 PM, I received a text message that the equipment I had rented had not been returned/checked in. I had to call and make an inquiry on the status. I was told by the attendant "Austin" that he had just done it one hour before and that there was no problem with the process. I asked him to make sure I was NOT going to get charged a late fee because I turned it in earlier than requested. He assure me that there would be no additional fee, Let hope that is the case,. I see a problem with a checking in equipment, which then delays equipment being ready for check out when the next customer comes to pick it up and do they even CLEAN it as they failed in Texas. .GUILLERMO T.

The trucks were all blocked in. I never even took the truck and was still charged. I ubered there with my service dog and was stuck in the cold for an hour. I spent almost 100$ on ubers trying to get a truck to no avail. Extremely Inconvenienced. I had a deadline to pickup a washer and dryer and dishwasher that was being given to me for free. The Uhaul was clean and working , but I had alot of trouble doing my online check in and had to call a customer service representative who was awesome with helping me. So overall I ended up getting it done but it was so nerve racking. Much rather work with a live person.Shavonna W.

Truck smelled a bit and was not 100% clean. Fine for our purposes but would have been awful for any distance. There was a warning light on for "Check tire pressure sensors" which was very nervewracking, seems the truck needs maintenance. Employees were blocking access to the truck at first, but thankfully moved their vehicles because they left for the day before I needed to get out.Preston L.

I used the pick up via phone process which was a huge mistake. I was told my pick up time would be 11 and we were not able to actually get the truck until after 11:40. it was not convenient. it delayed our trip and we had to make other arrangements for our move. it also included the wait time in the fours hours we had it reserved which makes no sense. during our waiting time for the approval we were also trying to call customer service and remained on hold. we ended up hanging up because we couldn't reach someone. I was disappointed considering Uhaul is a bigger company that shouldn't be having such amateur issues. the process via phone definitely needed to be revised. the approval process should happen while renting the truck when your info is needed. NOT when you're there to actually pick up the truck.Erica B.
I am a pastor, and part of my ministry is helping people move. Your employees are wonderful. Your 24/7 system is not. It was frustrating during pick-up (which took 1 hour 15 minutes so that I got to my destination 5 minutes before they closed). It was also frustrating during return (which never did resolve, so I just dropped the keys in the return box without finishing the process). I later called U-Haul to tell you how I had returned it. Again, your people are terrific, especially Paul Reed who went above and beyond to make it possible for me to pick up my truck. Your IT systems leave much to be desired. In future, I will always do an in-person pick-up. I am a long-time U-Haul customer, and will continue to look to you first when it comes to moving. Fr. Rand York+Rand Y.
