Was disappointed not to get credit for more fuel returned than when I left with. They could've called a few, (less than 10miiles over), even with extra fuel that I came back with. They still charged me for overage of miles but don't give credit for extra fuel I added. 🙄😡

I was upset traffic changed my reservation from 260 auto which opens at 8am to starr valley Mimi storage who opens at 9 without my consent I already had a schedule and was late from this change Justin at 260 always makes sure truck rentals go smoothly and keeps to his word I just hope in the future this doesn't happen again uhaul has been good to me on truck rentals for about 20 yrs now and I thank them for that

Make sure interior surfaces are sanitized. Maybe complete that service in front of the custermer .

Two days before our truck was due to be returned, we got an irate phone message telling us that we were supposed to have returned our truck already. When I called back, she was nice at first, until I told her that we weren't supposed to return our truck for two more days. Then she got upset and told me that someone else was supposed to pick it up in the morning. When I told her we had it until 3:00 p.m. she got even more upset and told me she needed it by 9:00 a.m.. I offered to speed up our timeline and have it back by noon, but that wasn't good enough. She eventually settled down and thanked me for trying to work with her on a situation that wasn't our fault, but the experience was unnecessarily stressful.

Wasnt the owner fault. He was over book with trucks and had no room..and had to go somewhere else to drop off. The truck and trailer..took a extra hour and half..

No improvement. They helped me because the lights didn't work from my truck to the trailer. Ge tested the electrical line and it was determinded I have a blown fuse. He replaced the fuse and everything was good to go.

One of the rubber latches on the tow chains on the auto dolly is playing and needs replaced. It is the left chain. Everything was great.

Uhaul is expensive as far as I am concerned. Don't know how someone could use them long distance unless they have a better rate. Will have to check Budget and Penski rates. I must say the truck was good on gas and drove well.

Ignition casing was laying in the front passenger seat. Looked like someone tried to Hotwire truck. Was given the worst truck on the lot. Good was not latched and popped open while driving. Cliff stated they had just replaced ignition switch and didn't complete putting it back together. Uhaul told me I couldn't rent from heber because they were closed on sat. Gave me less miles to drive and I had to pay overages. Sorry uhaul, unless you credit me back for my extra miles I will be going to your competitor. 1/10 stars. Never had I felt this betrayed by a company I used all of my life.

Uhaul had me drive 15 Mile's to deliver the trailer in Tempe. I live in East Mesa. I passed several Uhauls on the way to that location. Unacceptable

Windshield was extremely filthy inside and out. The overall truck was was clean and ran very well. I do dispute the $20 charge for not being able to log on to uhaul.com/share. It was dark and I am not the most technological person. I did call the number on my contract when I arrived home to report that I had dropped the truck off. I request that you do not levy that charge against my account. Thank you.

The Star Valley people were EXCELLENT. However I originally reserved it from the Payson AZ weeks ago off of Longhorn. When I went by there a day before to check what kind of lock I needed I was told they didn't have a 26ft truck available, it was in the shop for repairs. I was beyond livid, if I was running that place I would look in the database to make sure it wasn't reserved so that I could get one to the location before the customer came to pick it up! Guess too much to ask for them! A very condescending rude UHAUL person called me wanting me to miles out of my way to pick one up. Finally found the people in Star Valley, they were AWESOME ????
