Had to fill out rental over the phone. No receipt or any paperwork. To find out where to drop tow dolly, had to make multiple phone calls. One call at midnight on July 3 to get receipt emailed and then call next day to get address. Tow dolly binders were rusty and would not crankdown. A little PB Blaster on the gear solved that. Was pickup a new dealer? If that is case. More training is needed.Jeff M.

The truck rattled and vibrated all the trip. No suspension and very bad with even little bumps on hwy. The floor of the truck was filthy. Sales folks were goodmichael V.

This is the worst experience that I've ever had. Not only was the return policy unexceptionable the pickup was also unexceptional. To pickup the truck i rented i was told it would be at one location but, again i had to drive across town to pick it up at another location. I asked for 12 moving blankets, received 12 moving blankets. I ask for a appliance cart, I received a 2 wheeled cart and was told, that it was my only choice because they didn't have any appliance carts on the property. Returning the truck. I got to the location on time. Nobody was there to receive the truck and check me out. It took me 30 minutes to even get a hold of anyone to ask about returning the truck and cart, moving blankets. They wanted me to leave the truck as is, in a parking lot, or drive it across town to another location to drop it off there. Your app didn't work either. This is all unexceptionable. After paying 183.62 plus 24.00 dollars in fuel cost. I will be reluctant to ever use U Haul again or ever recommend to anyone to use U haul. This email will be saved and as soon as possible it will also be post as a review on U hauls web site to warn people to find alternative means for there moving needsJessie T.

The website isn't accurate as far as booking online and having the right equipment at each location. My daughter rented a truck in Columbus ohio on the 23rd and we had to go to a second location because the place she reserved online didn't have the size of truck she reserved. The same thing happened to me in Lima ohio the next day. I was on my way to pick up the trailer at 7:30 am and I received a call explaining that they didn't have my equipment at that location and I would need to go to the location that was on the opposite side of town that we were on and it didn't open til 10am. They said I could pick it up early but I still didn't leave that location with the trailer until 9:45am. We are moving to Florida and I was taking some furniture to brownsburg Indiana. It was definitely a major inconvenience both days due to our time constraints. We flew in from south Florida and only had a short window of time to move these items.Wendy S.

The lights did not work on the trailer. The uhaul did not check them before we left. The other location in Lima that we used prior to this Location was excellent!! They hooked the trailer up and checked the lights and went above and beyond!! Would absolutely recommend them above the one we ended up using.tiffany A.

U-Haul changed our reservation from the Elida Road location to the S. Dixie Highway and was not told of this change. This is a U-Haul issue, not a Bills Industrial Repair issue.Timothy S.
