The people running the rental “agency” were unprofessional and confused, didn't answer the phone in a professional manner and had the charges for the rental confused.

Do you haul location is actually a closed variety store, All the doors locked. You have to call the individual honest cell phone for him to come down unlock the doors. Business was conducted in a retail space I've been closed for some time. Borderline post-apocalyptic. He has so much space there he could be one of the biggest U-Haul dealers in southwestern Ontario.

the address for uhaul and location for pick-up are not the same. When I arrived for my pickup at the provided address, I was directed to a different address to actually pick up the vehicle. When I arrived there, there was no staff and the door was locked, I had to call the first number to get someone to complete the check-in.

My pickup location was at a given address. I went to the address indocated. My equipment was not there. I had to go to a different pickup location. Check-in took over 45 minutes. Not happy.

Our first visit here, small variety store. The location was not able to house the truck close to it. The truck was away from the location so for any kind of inspection or review of truck would be impossible. Not our usual experience. It was not our usual city style of business or how things are normal for us.....

Terrible. On top of poor customer service they overcharged me for gas. I filled up exactly to the level i picked the truck up, but they charged my cc for extra $38 what made my trip worth $62 for 80 km. If truck uses as much gas then they have to take it to junk yard.

I was told to drop of the truck at the wrong location. Personal at the convince stor was rude. I was given directions to drop off on a... piece of paper. 21st century when gps available. I filled up truck at the gas station for $25 and left recept but was charged $37 more later. Rip off.

When I dropped of the truck shortly after 9 am on Tuesday, 2 May, there was a sign on the door that said they were closed but no information as to when they would be open again or where to park the truck. As directed by Rob from Dougall, I called traffic and talked to Nicole who was very helpful and said she would look after the refund and compensation for the truck not being available at Dougall.

Got to one convenient store where we approached a lady she told us that we had to go to the other location didn't have an address just told us how to get there We get to this shady looking restaurant /convenient store we waited 15 minutes before anyone approached us he didn't even have a computer he did it all on his phone and keep messing up and It took an hr just for the paperwork plus we where promised a 15ft and drove 40 mins to pick it up go there and he only had a 26ft I didn't need anything that big it was all around shady I didn't feel that safe walking in there being a woman all his light where off or burnt out and he had a half bald cat running around

the person i dealt with owned another business and cared more about that than being helpful to me he seemed totally disinterested and extremely slow and frustrating. i would never deal there again

After U-Haul changed my pick up location, I had to go to the next town. The gentlemen at the store worked super hard to get me checked in. His computer froze so he used his phone. The trucks are on the other side of town though. Luckily I had my ride still there or else I would have had to walk for 30 minutes.

The worst customer experience I've ever had. I had already checked in online and arrived at what I thought was the pick up location. Went into the convenience store. I was confused when the gentleman working asked for my license and started asking me questions I had already answered via the online check in form. He then started to help other customers who came in after us who were buying lottery tickets. We stood there for 25 minutes before he started assisting us again. I said I had already checked in online and he told me I must not have done the paperwork properly if I was there. Little did I know, the pick up location was 3kms down the road. Not the address I was told to go to at all. I went to the pick up location down the road, and the woman at that spot told me that she didnt know someone was coming to pick up a truck. She called the gentleman at the store and gave me the phone to talk to me. He then started YELLING at me, saying I didnt do the paperwork properly or I would have the code for the lock box which would grant access to the truck. He was obviously very knowledgable about this procedure. Between this awful customer service at both locations and the U Haul app not working (as confirmed by U Haul rep on the phone) the entire process took 2 hours to pick up a truck. I would absolutely not recommend this pick up location at all.

Treat uhal customers same as store customer (I was interrupt 3 times be store customers when trying to settle bill). Insure all equipment works properly, was in store for 1/2 hour and could not get hatd copy of invoice finally gave up and left

When I rented the vehicle I was told there was half a tank of gas. It was below half. I drove the vehicle 30 miles and put $10 worth of gas in it bringing it back to under half. I was billed over $35 for gas stating this was done to return the tank to half. I was obviously overcharged!

The only complaint I have is that the office to fill out paperwork is at a different location to where you pick up the rental vehicle. But only a few minutes drive .

Not billed customers for two bills. Bill me once and then build me again. So I played 2 times for one rental. German was very mean and ignorant trying to rip me off I would not ever recommend anybody renting a U-Haul from Blenheim Ontario ever

The man at the store was rude and uneducated in the uhaul system. Although I booked it online it took almost 40 minutes for him to reinput it as he said he could not use our computer application. We were late to get to where we were going because of him. The truck was 3km from the store one way which was a total of 12km extra that we had to pay for.

Clean the truck. Have more than 0.25 of a tank of fuel in it. Have customer pick up/drop off truck at the same location as they have to do the paperwork.

I am being charged for overage in km when I was told I wouldn't because it was the distance in which I had to travel to pick up the car trailer the following day. He truck has some sort of mechanical issues there for it did not shift properly and caused me to have to use more fuel.

Agent exhibited extremely poor customer service attitude. Paperwork at separate location about 2 Km from pick up. Very inconvenient. Had to attend variety store for contract and was made to wait 35 minutes while agent serviced various walk in customers for chips, pop and cigarettes. Agent knew I had a time constraint but ended up stating he "did not want U-Haul business". I felt offended.

2 different locations. I had to do paperwork at one location and pick up trailer at different location. Did not want to sign damage inspection till I had inspected the trailer which meant an extra trip back to first location to sign for trailer. Paperwork took 45 min. to an hour. Thankfully there were 2 men from Uhaul there to pick up a truck and they made sure I had the trailer hooked up correctly. All together, it took at least an hour and a half before I left Blenheim. Not a good experience. Oh, and you might have to pay cash up front as there seemed to be an issue with the computer accepting credit cards.

I didn't like that I had to sign the forms for my uhaul at a locations far away from the site where the truck was located. Took a long time to fill out forms as owner was helping customers as a priority.

This location did not know what they were doing. We were at multiple uses all the time he didn't know how to process payment he messed up the drop off location. We had to call somebody higher up to get this fixed took over almost 2 hours to pick up the U-Haul because he didn't know what he was doing. I would not recommend anybody to use this location other than to drop off
