I have always used U-Haul however, I will shop around next time. $290 to go 85 miles and a 24 hour rental hardly seems fair. Even one of the U-Haul people agreed with me and double checked my rate.Mike R.

This U-Haul establishment is by far the best. In the past, I've rented vehicles from different U-Haul locations in the San Francisco, San Mateo areas. Most of them seemed a little disorganized and slightly rude when dealing with customers. I had an awesome experience at the Brentwood location and the U-Haul agent was excellent in performing his duties. UTIMATELY leaving me feeling like a valued customer. Due to covid the bridges are not allowing tolls to be paid with cash so they mail you a bill. I called to asked what to do because our trip required us to cross a toll bridge. No body knew the answer and they never called me back at my request. The toll is $6 and I don't want to be penalized for the toll fee. Please respond as I still not know what will happen.Stephan S.

This was an excellent spot for pickup/drop off. While the person who had the equipment before me was late in returning it, the office made sure to call me as soon as it was back and stayed open to make sure I was set. Great job!Christopher V.

First off, the employees at this location are amazing! My problem is with Uhaul. No communication about my location being changed 45 minutes away one day before my move & my motorcycle trailer was cancelled with no notice or communication. I could not fit all my belongings, as I had to put my motorcycle in & it was terrible. They want to charge me for a "day use" on the Uhaul, as I returned it the same day without using. I will never use Uhaul again & will tell everyone to stay away.JEANNE E.

Uhaul Corporate owes me a refund. I am disabled and rented a truck movers and boxes. Brentwood gave me the truck but I couldn't move bevause the movers I paid You uHaiul for didn't show up. You owe me my money back. All of it. The boxes tape etc and the Movers didn't show up I wasted my money on a truck . This us my 3rd written correspondence to your Office. The Brentwood Self Storage Location and staff were the only ones that I would recommend. Not uhaul, not your movers and especially not your customer service.Juliana W.

I ordered a truck for Saturday and they told me my truck was in Merced which was 100 miles away, so they moved me to Monday and my truck was in Brentwood. However, they didn't have my hand truck. Anyway once I got the truck it was ok. But when you move changing dates and realigning you moving crew is a problem.Kenneth M.
The cost for the mileage is far more than the cost of rental itself. This is awful and should be corrected. What did you pay for then if you pay for driving the car of the location. May the authorities should check into this.FERDINAND U.
