Lock box system for key pick up wasn't as smooth a process as it could have been. Person on chat was horrible. Vehicle has a low tire pressure warning light from the moment the truck was turned on. Not parked in a convenient location at the lot. Had to back it out between two rows of cars.

Instructions for your after hours checkout are pretty much non-existent. It would take me a long time to go into the details but let me just say I wasn't at all confident after using the app initially that I would actually drive out of that location with my truck. It was more like trying to get out of an escape room with the finale trying to figure out which of the multiple lock-boxes applied to the passcode I was given. Simple instructions in the app that are specific to each location would really improve your perceived level of service. Let me state that I really do appreciate being able to pick up the truck very late, but that I was only there because a 26' truck wasn't available in my location and I feel that UHaul is using it's customers to ensure it's supply chain remains in-tact and presumably there is no truck-to-location service performed internally - instead, it's up to the driver to go to the location where the truck is and UHaul "compensates" for that through additional miles, etc. which it's unclear to me is worth it. Next time I might try another company despite the allowances received.

Uhaul told us where to drop off that was out of our way. We selected this location and needed to call and get it straighten out. We were given no paperwork and no bill. Needed to call for that information. It was NOT customer friendly.

The only problem with this location is that it took and hours drive to get there. I did not select this location but this is where I had to go to pick up the trailer.

Customer service over the phone and in person was excellent. The only suggestion I would make is to do a walk through/once over of the vehicle with the client prior to leaving the lot.

this truck reeked of cigarette smoke, I was nauseous the entire time that I was driving it. Had to keep windows down entire time just to be able to drive it. Even in the rain.
