The guys there are very annoying I pay for the uhaul my brother is the driver yet they give my brother a hard time every single time that they want to see my debit card and now they are saying I have to physically be there. I had a great experience with uhaul at that particular location. Other locations closest to me had no availability. Not to mention that I called 40 minutes prior to pick up. There isn't anything negative I can think of.Gail M.
A customer, when check in online like upload documents and provide cc info should not be asking to repeat same procedures in the pick up location.A.M. U.
Process was much smoother than in the past. Looks like they eliminated the use of cellphone check-in. Previously, they would ask for you for your cellphone number and send you text with a link to complete the check-in process. Which would also allow you submit pictures of the condition of vehicle should you feel the need to do so. Location is excellent for me. Since it's close to home. Vehicle was clean, However, the interior handle to unlock the front passenger door was found hanging. Apparently, it been previously reported & noted. Later on, while driving the vehicle, it was discovered the horn wasn't functioning. I mentioned it upon returning the vehicle and was given a head nod gesture as a response. I do recommend this location. However, make sure you thoroughly inspect the vehicle prior to leaving.Adawel T.

Stop being a UHaul representative. You got our trip off to a very frustrating start when you gave away our reservation and we had to use a truck with no ramp that was too small. And you also didn't include the dolly I had reserved. Awful experience.William C.

when I rented the uhaul . I was told to park wherever theirs room when i return it. When I returned the uhaul, the BP employee that works outside took the keys to check the vehicle. He told me to move the uhaul and mind you , I parked exactly where I received it. I told him that I brought the vehicle back and parked as I was told when I picked it up. He said that it's not his problem and he's not gonna close my rental and continue to charge my card. very unprofessional and that man should not be allowed to deal with customers. when I went back inside to get the keys because I wanted to move the vehicle so I wouldn't be charged more . He began to laugh at me. I'll never rent their again if that man is still there, and when I told him that I was gonna report him to Uhaul. He said he doesn't care because he works for BPANTHONY Z.
The truck was in terrible condition it could barely go on the road it was really wonky it barely made it to where I needed to go I am very disappointed with the servicePatrece F.

Switching my pick-up time and location at the last minute to two hours later at a another location a half-hour drive away put my moving plans behind schedule. No reason was given why my reservation made over a month before was chosen for this inconvenient treatment.KEVIN P.

The staff that work at this location is incredibly rude and difficult to work with. There were also homeless people sleeping in the back of at least two of their trucks in the parking lot. I would never come back to this location ever again.Evan G.

The van was generally clean but the windows were dirty so I had to take the time to wipe them down. Luckily it was a gas station location so used the squigee there. The UHaul attendants were very helpful and pleasant at this location and it was close enough that I was able to walk back home. Will definitely be coming back! Th am you so much.Michele B.

Do not use this location if you want to reserve. They gave out the truck I reserved and was inconvenienced. Had to spend money to go out of the way after not being able to get a hold of anyone from uhaul. Usually uhaul is super straight forward and this was by far the worst experience of my life.CAROLBERNICE H.

when returning the equipment the store should inspect it to make sure there's no damage, instead of saying we will email you. The problem with that is if someone out there damages the vehicle before they get to inspect it they'll think that I was the one that did the damageLAWRENCE V.

customer service was fine - everyone was nice and friendly, but they didn't have the equipment we ordered and then they parked the uhaul in an inaccessible place, making it very difficult to pull out of the spot. There was also empty liquor bottles in the back of the truck.Suma S.
