It is very hard to run a location remotely when there is limited signal. We had a terrible time getting the app to work because the signal was so weak. We had to call the 800 number while having trouble with the app and asked the agent to stay with us and not hang up. He did stay with us for about 1 minute but then said he needed to take another call and hung up.Shawn F.

The Camacho family helped us through a difficult situation that was started when a u-haul GM or RM, I believe his name is Jared, called us and told us we did not drop off the trailer and that we would be held responsible. He insulted my intelligence and asked if I had just dropped it off in someones yard. He asked why I didn't get any paperwork from the dealer who told me that they would e-mail the information. I had to take several hours out of my day to clear up the situation and when we showed him that we were not at fault and that the mix up was between his office and the dealers he was rude and dismissive and did not offer me an apology. This caused a lot of stress after a week-long cross country trip and all he had to do was admit that it was not our responsibility or mistake. The young man at Camacho LLC did everything he could to help us out and verified that we had, in fact, dropped it off a day earlier.william K.
