The location is in the back room of a Mexican mini market. No one was wearing a mask while I was there, despite mask requirements being in effect. When I arrived no one was behind the desk, and I had to go into the supermarket to get them to send for him, then wait around for 3-4 minutes until he arrived. The guy who helped me did not have the right equipment to scan my drivers license and I then stood around for about 15 minutes while he attempted to do this basic task on his phone. The van was clean and functional, but parked in the back of a lot that had random vehicles parked in it requiring me to back out the truck through a tricky maze so I didn't hit someone's car. The only easy part of this was dropoff, since the woman who was working at that point seemed much more competent than the first guy. Overall a terrible experience.Mike N.

You switched my reservation to this location and my pick up time was 730, the location doesn't open until 9am but the confirmation sent said pickup was still 730 like at the location I picked but of course they didn't open until 9 and my movers I paid $510 for did nothing for 1.5hrs waiting on me to get the uhaul. The U-Haul phone application is terrible. It kept crashing and needed re-installed twice. The two people who were working at the location were amazing. They went above and beyond helping me with the pickup. They made the entire experience so much better.John M.
This was easily the worst U-Haul location that I've ever been to. The wait was long (without any customers in the area), the area smelled, and the customer service was pathetic. The best improvement I can advise for this location, is to no longer have them operate operate U-Haul.Matthew T.

I arrived at the location and tried to check in but the app wouldn't allow me to move past the identification stage. I provided all the required documentation but the agent kept asking for an ID that I didn't have (state ID - I have an international licensed and passport). Very frustrating experience. I was not informed of full price at check out. when I went to pick up uhaul the taxes ended up being $60.00. I would not have rented vehicle if I was aware of what the net cost. I called in an effort to receive some money back with no avail. I will not be using uhaul again, nor recommending it.Margaret S.
Location is good because it is near the airport but there are no personnel to help you (it's a room off a mini-mart). Luckily, when the UHaul website didn't work and I couldn't get the photo app on your site to snap the mileage, I was able to reach a live support person on your toll-free number so I could close out the rental.Alison G.
When I got there the uhaul was blocked in as were many others.. couldn't get the online check in to work lady promised to call back when we got one on the phone then never did. Took over a hour to get the uhual they had to call a guy in at the store after hours to come in.. Found a weed cigarette in then door compartment of the uhual..James M.

When I walked into this place the store was empty - the man that finally approached me after I said hello 5 times was drunk- he then told me the lady that ran the place was coming in maybe 15 min- I sat out side and waited for 45 min before some teenage boy showed up and gave me a key- the truck was filthy inside and had leaves piled on it- the gear shift took minutes to finally get into gear- when I told the staff they said â€œsorryâ€ wtf?!Lucinda F.

I originally ordered a truck that I could pick up from downtown (10 minute walk from my apartment), but was told a week before that I'd have to go to this other location. Not quite sure why U-Haul couldn't just move the truck downtown for me, instead of me having to spend $20-$30 for an Uber.Felix G.

Tell the customer if you don't have what they asked for instead of just giving them whatever. Also, if the customer says they don't want insurance, don't charge them for it and then pretend like you did it on accident. Well, Supposed to open at 9am... waited outside for what looked to be someone who possibly was sleeping inside to open the door... that was at pick up... Then, when it came time to drop off... Waited at the location from 8:45 until almost 10am with no one ever opening the location up... I called and just heard the phone ring. After losing 2 hours of my time which I should have been using to run my business, I had to take it to a different location where I politely insisted to leave it there... they called the regional manager and agreed for me to leave it there... I will never use that Uhaul again, this was the 3rd time that location has been a train wreck. Wasted time and money.David H.

The guy was rude and not helpful at all this was my first time using uhaul the trick was dirty and I had to clean it before I could move i was also charged a road tax that none of my friends had ever heard of I thought it was strange since I reserved online for 107 and paid 137Jennifer B.

I rented the Uhaul and parked there, then someone called to ask me to drop it at another location, which I couldn't do because my car was at the place I picked it up at. And when I tried to check it in, it was an issue, and got charged for 3 miles over the 180 miles - and if I would've taken it to Clackamas as requested I would've had to pay more for further miles...THAT MAKES NO SENSE - three miles over and I got charges $1.54 or something, which is ridiculous.Randy L.

The cabin was extremely dirty, we used Clorox wipes to clean the inside because of COVID and realized how filthy it was. In addition to that we ordered a dolly and there was not one inside the U-Haul. We called customer for service and they took care of it but it was still a missLaura M.

Service was achieved by accessing location through the adjacent variety market. Door to Uhaul portion of building was locked and unattended despite the "open" sign indicated. Market operators contacted other individuals who came in through the Uhaul front door from another building entirely in order to attend to Uhaul customers. Requested supplies (packet of packing blankets) were not available (vender left the charge off my invoice). Attendant indicated they were very low on several other supplies as well. Service was acceptable but not very professional and not well organized. I will never go back to this location and highly recommend against this location. Use the official UHaul location off Sandy Blvd instead.David J.

I had to pick up my rental at different location than where I'd booked it. The truck was full of moving blankets, cigarette butts and smelled disgusting. The attendant was shocked but didn't seem to care very much, or offer me a different truck or even a discounted rate. I will never go back to that location.Stephanie H.
