Say what 1 price call customer service? She gave me a price when I got to a location. It was a different price when I dropped it off. At the location, it was a different price

We struggled with the app and picking up without a person present. We would have liked to know it was a remote pick up before showing up. Also, uhaul moved our pickup location the day before pickup which added 10 miles to our trip.
