First, the pickup location was supposed to be the large store on East Main in Russellville AR. Before getting on a plane to AR, I got a text from uhaul changing P/U location to Ola. However, when I logged into my uhaul account, it still showed Russellville for pickup. No one from uhaul contacted me about this change. I assume an error was made in the text, and wasted 2 hours having to go to a different pickup location. The reservation system seen by the customer MUST reflect what you are directing the customer to do! This small store in Ola doesn't have a functioning computer, and all business must be conducted through the corporate office. Finally, after loading the 15' truck with the contents of a two 5x10 uhaul storage lockers in Russellville, I went to turn in about 15 unused new uhaul boxes at the same store I bought them, east main in Russellville. A red headed man-child named Kyle told me I could not get a refund for these since I didn't have a receipt, I said I can show the credit card receipt on my phone. He refused to help me any further and I just left the extra boxes in the store. I've managed up to 250 or more employees at various jobs in my life. I would not tolerate a Kyle in any of my organizations. Give him an oral reminder of what is expected from this service organization, if behavior doesn't improve, fire him.Donald V.
