We have absolutely no negative issues with either of the locations. We do however, have several complaints about the booking process, the rudeness of the reservation people, being told on the phone that we will be able to get the trailer 20 minutes from our home only to have to go more than an hour away and at a different time of the day. Very rude customer service personnel in reservations, especially the people in charge. You need some competition and maybe you'd be more respectful of the customer.NANCY K.

When I picked up the unit person in the store at me hook it up on my car and then he would come and check it if I thought was rude and if a person didn't know what they were doing and if they were not strong enough to carry the trailer it would be very difficult. When I returned it the person said unhook it and I said I wasn't very good at backing it up so he said unhook it and push it back into the slot! I just had back surgery and it was a very heavy trailer I imagine if it was a regular enclosed trailer that it would have even been heavier! I would think that the center would provide that service as far as taking the trailer off of my car! And they should push the trailer back in the spot if required.Michael S.

The truck was not available as promised but they worked to resolve the issue and u-haul discounted the cost and I was able to be flexible. The driver side mirror was loose and needs attention.TERRY E.

The pickup was quick and easy. The equipment ran well and the back was fairly clean, but the cab was dirty and messy with cigarette butts a a strong odor of smoke.Mary I.

Could just be me, and my experiences with other rental companies. But when I picked up the trailer, I was told to lift and hook up the trailer myself. First time I have not had the rental company do the work and make sure everything was correct. Myself, with a bad hip, I was a bit put off by this. Based on this factor alone, I will rent from someone else.BRIAN C.

The location is really good and the employees were awesome. however uhaul representatives suck to work with and are really rude. I would not recommend anyone rent with uhaul again. I've never had such a horrible rental experience with renting equipment in my life and if it wasn't for me being in need of a truck so I can move before i go into labor I would have never kept my reservation and would have just taken multiple loads.Angelea F.

We were able to book our uhaul at 8am. When we arrived to get it there was a sign saying they went to a wedding and would be back at 8:30. No one arrived till 9. It was very frustrating because we had people waiting to help us move.Max G.

The cab was very dirty and had to sweep out the truck before using. The mgr of where we rented it from was very friendly and helpful and give her an excellent rating.Joseph G.
Very poor maintaining equipment and vehicles. Truck that was rent had bad wiper blades and seem like alignment was off when mentioned at drop off person did not seem to care about it.Nathan B.

You need to change the number you send out on self-checkout for the lockbox. I ended up having to go inside to get the right number. ( you say 1002 and it is 1001) . Folks at the location apologized several times, said the have requested change a number of times and you still send out wrong combo.DENNIS ROY A.

There was no one available to assist in unhooking the trailer. A Minnesota citizen walking by offered help to this 61 year old in lifting the manual jack off the truck.ANITA W.

FYI - have rented from U-Haul (26' Truck) from this specific location 3 different times & have always had good service. This last time used a 26' Truck w/ 168,500 miles & the truck performed well but shook significantly. When returning truck experienced oil light indicator coming on - stopped & check oil level. Dip stick was completely dry - purchase 2 quarts of oil & put 1 quart in engine which resulted in oil light going off. When returning truck reported such, and Centermart/U-Haul promptly reimbursed for oil purchased. Again, great customer service, but would recommend checking this truck to see if there is a oil leak and/or does the truck need to be serviced (especially considering the mileage on this truck). Again, would recommend this location to all for their great customer service, location, and long time availability rental (typically 24 hours) - this was not the case when trying to rent from a regular U-Haul rental center in Blaine, MN on Hwy 65 (not the best in customer service thus the reason we cancelled a previous scheduled truck rental from this Blaine, MN U-Haul center).
