The person behind the customer service desk had her head layer down and didn't bother greeting me and wasn't friendly. I got my keys from the lock box and immediately took pictures of the dashboard with the gas level and odometer reading as well as the cleanliness which I was less than satisfied with but it did the job. Before returning the truck I filled the gas back to where it was when I picked up the vehicle. I checked that the vehicle needed to be cleaned and couldn't go back on the app so I spent 30 minutes on hold before being disconnected. I had to end up closing out the app and marking that it was clean so I wouldn't be charged, I'm glad I took the pictures when picking up for verification that I was not responsible for the lack of cleanlinessJessica G.

The corporate traffic office diverted my reservation to another location, then at noon (when I was to pick it up) the location that HAD my reservation contacted me about getting the truck. HEY!!! you have taken people too far out of the process...FIX THIS!!! No way I should have had to drive 50 miles to get a truck that was awaiting me on a reservation less than a mile from my location.FREDERICK W.
