Pam was confused on how to complete my check out. An employee that had quit a few weeks back happened to be there and helped her. That wasn't the problem, her attitude sucked. She was rude and indignant, if I was as bad at my job as she is at hers people would DIE! My pickup time was scheduled for 430 and the truck was not ready until almost 6. then I get this voicemail at 350 the next day asking where the truck is from a male employee. I turned it in before my time was up. now Shari was fantastic, there were internet issues when I returned the truck but she was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Worst experience of my life. I was over charged for fuel when I replaced what was in truck when I took it . The truck was in disgusting condition.. I was harrased to bring it back so others could rent it. The lady who is at front desk was very rude .. I have rented many trucks over the years and never had A problem. Originally went to I-10/Cortaro Location. They did not have any trucks in the size I wanted, but offered to check other local places. They reserved one at Magee/Thornydale for me. Truck was ready for me when I arrived! Showed ID, paid and was in my way. Returned later that nite. Fueled the truck up at the return location (which is also a gas station), and dropped keys in the drop box. Whole process was EASY!!!!! Receipt was emailed the next morning about 9am. I reserved a 20 ft van in Catalina. I then was informed the next day that the vehicle would be in Tucson. This took additional time and arrangements while trying to pack for the move. When I arrived, the vehicle assigned to me had tires worn so badly they were unsafe. I asked for a different vehicle and was given one that was dirty and only had a half tank of fuel. The person working at the facility was excellent and professional. This rating in no way is reflective of him. He was trying to manage a service station and convenience store while also taking care of the UHaul business.STEVEN W.

Again, the staff that helped with my car carrier return were friendly and helpful. But when returning the truck today the lady who took the key marked in the system that I did not return any dollies or any of the 60 furniture pads I rented. This was incorrect as I had 60 folded furniture pads and one regular dolly in the truck on return. I have opened a dispute of these missing equipment charges but this experience had reinforced.y opinion of Uhaul that I've had for over 15 years. And it is not a good one. The only reason I rented Uhaul over a Penske is because the Penske car carrier could not accommodate the weight of our 2nd car. I doubt that I will ever rent Uhaul again.Daniel E.

This was my first experience with the paperless pick up process and some discussion on the part of the agent at this remote location would be helpful. I did like the the 'neighborhood' aspect of the remote U-Haul stations. Saved me $15 to $20 in mileage expense from my last experience with the dedicated central U-Haul store for pickup and return.Michael S.

The reservation was made online. The clerk/owner of the station was unable to find the reservation. She was very rude and insisted on making a new reservation. And insisted that I had not done the correct reservation process, and wouldn't take the confirmation number I was given. I was overcharged for a day that was not used and no adjustments have been made to the receipt.sara S.
The woman was impatient with me because im deaf. She had a litte bit of a tantrum showing frustration because I told her I was deaf. She kept talking to me and I guess she didn't understand what deafness means and continue to talk to me rather than writing it down.Albert N.
The service was awful. I reserved a truck from this location on accident and thought it would be fine because I have never had a problem with U-Haul before. The owner who was working the store told us she needed to do other things before she checked us in. As we all know, the trucks are due back at a certain time, she took 30 minutes to check us in. The truck was fine. Then we went to return it and there are no signs on where to park the trucks, so we parked next to another truck and the store employee who is now working, comes out and yells at us to move the truck. Then while checking out with this ray of sunshine, she asked me why I put in an incident report, I didn't file an incident report. She said it would take her a while to get the report off and that we were good to go. I asked if I would receive a receipt in my email and she said yes. I was charged later that day and the charge seemed high when I added everything, including price per mile my self and they never sent me a receipt. So I called and the man working said he didn't know who helped me so he didn't know what he could do.Jordynn W.

When I dropped of the uhaul trail there was no one there to help me take it off the truck I am a female and couldn't life that huge heavy trailer alone. The lady there told me to wait for a customer and to ask someone to help me take it off because she was to old to do it!!!! I had to call my husband who was 40 min away to drive there to help me lift the heavy trailer off the truck! She then had me take down the dolly and put it away for her! This was the worst experience I have ever had uhaul and this location i will never go back too or recommend it! If they can't help uhaul customers remove the trailers then they shouldn't be working there or even renting uhaul products! I very very dissatisfied!Sharna M.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Woman from location called 2 hours before our scheduled pick-up (I made reservation 8 days in advance for 15' truck) and said no trucks available. She was extremely rude and did not care that I had a confirmed reservation. She then said I could have a 10' truck but REFUSED to give me a price - said would tell me when I got there. I felt like this was a shake down! Called 800 #- after being on hold 20 minutes they told me I could go to another location which was further away or take the 10' truck. I asked what the point of making a reservation was and the reps response was "we can get you a truck, you just need to go to another location." Not really acceptable. The rep told me the price for the 10' truck and at pick-up woman was trying to charge $18 more. Will not use u-haul in future if they continue these types of practices. Very disappointed!Lawrence M.

The rental location is part of a gas station. I'm sure the gas station is responsible for the conditions of the ground. There is a lot of trash located. However, the personal was friendly. The location is extremely convenient. The truck was as clean as be expected.Robert M.
The woman in charge at this location was rude and difficult. First, she told me that she didn't have the 10' truck available that we had reserved and prepaid. Then she said we didn't pay for it since she checked in the morning and there was no prepayment. Then, every time a customer came in, she stopped what we were doing and waited on them even though 2 other staff members stood by. Our online express check-in was in no way express. My insurance company said that the location would know whether Allstate was sufficient coverage for that particular truck. She didn't know anything about this, or anything else about the truck for that matter. I'll rent uhaul again, but not at this location.MARK P.

The location is a convenience store/gas station. My prepaid reservation was cancelled, by them in error and I spend about an hour calling u haul and the location to straighten it it out, the automated phone system disconnected me twice... When I got to a live person it was good. When I arrived their computer system was down and I had to wait for a phone call to have the truck dispatched. Would not recommend at all.Paul A.

I told the lady that I did not sweep out the back of the Uhaul because the front was filthy with cigarette ashes, and behind the seats and the center console were filled with trash. She said "why wouldn''t you sweep it? Here is a broom, sweep it out or we will fine you $100 for having to do it. I explained the problem with the trash in the cab and she stated that it was my fault, and I should have refused the truck in the first place. I did not do that because we did not even open the center console to hold our drinks until we were outside of Rapid City! I have never been treated like this by Uhaul. This was the worst customer service we have ever received from uhaulTreva Z.
