I don't recommend the pickup location, it was supposed to be contactless pickup, pickup time was 8:00am, I waited 30min.. called up customer service informing my situation, she was rude , and impolite.. she will cut you off while you are talking..Alan B.

1. A very disappointing experience overall. Was not advised during call that the location was different from my preferred location: when I said this to Andrea (Angela?), she told she thought I was in a hurry so didn't say anything. Really? so if I was in such a hurry did she spare me from going to the wrong location before going to the correct one? 2. Andrea/Angela did not even notice that I had ordered and paid for 12 blankets and a dolly -- only when I brought it to her attention did she say that "the guy yesterday said it was for another customer". Huh? Then did you try to get me other ones? Or advise me there were no blankets or dollies? No, instead I wascharged for unavailable equipment. 3. A dolly and 6 blankets were found at a location about a mile away managed by a guy named Harry. When I told Harry I paid for 6 blankets he told me that he told Andrea/Angela: so why didn't Andrea/Angela tell me I was only getting 6 blankets? 4. The van was filthy and not Covid-disinfected. Only did Harry give me disinfectant and paper towels so I could clean the van. 5. Andrea/kAngela told me to call if I had any issues. I called her to discuss the blankets but she was not there and I left a message. The guy who answered hung up before I could leave my telephone number. I called back to give it to him. Andrea/Angela never called me. I found out when I returned the van that she never received the message. (Or did she ignore it?) 6. I requested a credit for the blankets that I did not have as part of the rental. Andrea did not know how to do that and called for assistance. Neither she nor the person (Luis) on the other side of the phone were able to figure it out. The charge to my card showed up in my account as a full charge without the deduction for the blankets that were not provided. Quite frankly, the service was so poor I should receive a substantial refund. I am planning to complain to the main number. No one should ever have to experience such dismal service. 7. Harry is a star -- give him a big bonus.helen B.
