The on line pick up of the vehicle was not very clear or user friendly as a new user. It was rather time consuming, and I was made to re-due things like upload my license even though I'd already done that prior to arrival. The process put us over a half hour behind in our move. Luckily I rented the truck longer than I originally planned on needing it because they delays in check in used up every last minute. Now that I know what I am doing, I hope it'll be easier if I need to rent a vehicle again.Kristine R.

Store was to open at 10:00 and the manager did not arrive till 10:15. My customer service with Uhaul on the phone was horrible. Guaranteed locations do not actually mean guaranteed. Location change cost me an extra $100 in fuel and expenses for the crew I hired to load. Will never use UHaul again.KYLE U.

We like this location very much. However, the 10:00 am opening time is late. Getting a truck so late means that we are working over the lunch hour. If we got started at 8 we coulde usually finish our work by noon.Gene K.

I reserved my truck 5 days in advance for a very important move. I had hired movers that j was paying by the hour. I show up at the local U-haul pickup promptly to find out someone else had not brought the truck back. This to me made no sense whatsoever. Why would someone else's truck not being at the location have anything to do with the truck I personally reserved? At this point I was frustrated. I needed up having to drive for 30 mins out of my way to pick up a truck. Once I arrived I was letting the person know I will be dropping this truck back at the original location I should ha e been able to pick up the truck I reserved. I ended up having to speak for over a half hour on the phone for them to allow that. Finally it was approved by a supervisor. Absolutely ridiculous to even think I would have to not only make one 30 minute trip but two. Overall very disappointed. Have a hard time thinking I would ever use U-haul again. Horrible business model. Confused people at gas stations. Kind of embarrassing if you ask me.Daniel T.

It's not the location. It's u haul process. If you check mobile, you can't do in store. And the entire process is long and something that should been given a heads up. Make it easy s like renting a car. Mobile check in. Get keys and go. Not this stupid verification, waiting on an agent, taking pictures. Dumb dumb dumbDaniel M.
