Unprofessional service. Lack of communication between the service provider and uhaul themselves. Uhaul kept calling me confused because things weren't entered correctly. My price at return was insanely high. For all the hassel I was put through over the truck, I felt I could have at least been a little compensated for the confusion and constant calling.

The address on the building is not the address on the contract. I was so confused and not sure I was in the right place. The title says “Clayton Village Furniture,” but that is not the name of the building/business. The address under the name is not the address on the contract. I arrived 30 minutes before the placed opened. When the attendant arrived, I asked if I was at Clayton Village Furniture and she looked at the sign on the building snd said, your in the right place, but we don't sell furniture either. It was unnecessarily stressful. Uhaul needs to update the new name of the business.

I reserved the truck with a VISA debit online with no problem. When I was picking up the truck I was told I had to pay a $100 deposit because I used a Visa debit. It was not told to me when I reserved it online. U-Haul needs to make it clear when you reserve online with a Visa debit there is a $100 deposit.

My order of moving blankets was unavailable, and I was not informed until I picked up the trailer. Also, according to the drop off location, the U-haul worker that connected the trailer did it incorrectly. Besides those two points, I like this U-Haul location; the employees is very pleasant and kind.

I'm not sure I could give an accurate number of the times I have used UHAUL from San Francisco to New York in the last three decades. I cannot think of a better UHAUL location that I have ever used. Clayton Village Furniture UHAUL was well laid out.. Cared about me as a customer, was friendly and was the highlight of my move. I would rank this location as in my top three best UHAUL experiences. I have told all my friends to head to the Clayton Village UHAUL and I couldn't be happier with them...

I must admit she was busy, but she folded my paperwork and told me "this is what the return dealer will need. Return it on 5th." I returned it on 5th and was charged $20 because it was after 2. She did not tell us what time it had to be returned.
