I left my EZ Pass transponder in the truck and called them the next day. They were very helpful in ensuring the transponder was returned to me.

I wanted to rent for only three days, it is not my fault this location isnt open sundays for a return. I was forced to pay for a 4th day because of this and not told at purchase. I was told my total would be 129 not 159 like I was billed, not happy poor customer service.

We had talked to the staff to have our order set up. We were told that we would sign up online and then get an access code to be able to pick up the truck at 7am. The email with the code never came. We called the main system. LONG wait time. They said the store was open at 8am. Nope. Not open until 9am. We could not get the truck until then. We were told that we should have sign up online. Yep, we had done that. Complete confusion and misinformation. Horrible experience.

The Truck Felt like it was going the shake apart on the highway. Tires need to be balanced or replaced. Everything else was fine. I do have a problem with the way Uhaul schedules my truck half way across the state. It was suppose to be in Guilford. Then I get an email telling me its in Essex. I tried to change the reservation to a single day instead of a two day. I had to cancel the reservation and create another one. The new one was scheduled for Hamden! About 30 miles away! Which means it would have cost me $53 just to pick up the truck and drop it off. I kept trying to schedule another truck until the one in Gales ferry came up. It was closer so I took this one, even though it was still 26 miles round trip.
