Very poorly maintained. Confusing. Was not full of gas when we arrived. They did extend our time by 2 hours, but we started 30 minutes late anyway. Got a call two days after I turned the truck in asking if I'd turned it in. Just got the receipt after I turned in the car on 08/29.BRIAN M.
The truck did not have the pads I requested and paid for, used less mileage then expected and still paid the entire amount and I had an issue with returning the truck and had no one to ask. I will never rent a truck from this location or without a person to verify the truck again.Crystal P.

I will be calling the corporate office to complain- the service and miscommunication from Uhaul was the worst I have ever encountered. They made my move more stressful than it should have been! I was promised a 26' truck and then given a 20' truck - which in turn made me leave my mattresses my sofa and my washer and dryer behind because I was not given the 26' truck as promised and confirmed via e-mail contract. That does not even cover the problems getting the car hauler. Worst move ever caused by UHaul !DONNA L.
This is at a very run down liquor store/convenience store. There is really no place to park the vehicle or trailer and getting in and out was a chore. I had to return my truck after hours and even though the area in general want too bad I would not have felt safe returning it after dark. When I did have to go in to ask where to return the keys and deep the trailer the passion in the convenience stupid was very rude and everything in the lot was filthy and run down.Misti R.
I waited for 30 minutes for the pick up location to try and figure out how to setup the pickup since they didn't know how to. The only person who knew how to do so was not answering the phone and it was quite clear that they weren't going to be able to get me the truck. Since by then it was past my pick up time, I wasn't able to change to truck share. Had to cancel the order and request a truck share truck instead. My time was wasted. Then I reached out to customer service and all they said is that the truck was returned already. That's not even what I reached out to them about. I reached out to complain about the situation and I got bo support whatsoever. The only reason I even was able to get the truck is because I had to cancel my order and setup a new one.Robert A.
I had trouble using the ride share feature to pick up the vehicle. I had to get help on the phone. Overall it took me 33 minutes to get the vehicle just because there were so many steps and I needed help with most of itDeborah G.
