I dropped off the truck at this location Saturday June 20,2020 by 10:00 am , I tried to give the guy my papers as well as the truck key to make sure it's checked in he said he didn't need the paper work just the key , the place was very dirty , then I get a call 2 weeks after I moved asking if I brought the truck back , on top of that I filled the truck over the amount they said that had to be put in , the email I got showed it was almost empty, worst experience I have had , never using this location againMICHELLE A.

140 miles of the 580 allowed had already been used by the facility when possession of the vehicle was given to me . The gas tank was on empty ( 50 miles till empty warning came on immediately after starting up the vehicle ). The paper work given had the gas tank marked as half full. Over all the rental facility was sketch and appeared to be trying to cheat the customer!Michael C.

To whom it may concern The only thing that I was a little disappointed in I did not see much of a selection of rental equipment only one van and one box van, I just thought there should be a little more equipment to be rented that's all. I was very satisfied with the person that rented the van to me I also was very satisfied with the van being clean and the courtesy of the rental person. Not over charge them by double the quoted amount would be nice. I was told 207 to rent a trailer in Ellingfield CT to bring back to Dover Foxcroft Me When I got there to pick up the trailer the price went from 237 with tax and blankets to 436! With no plausible explanation at all. Was just told he wasn't sure why the price doubled!!!Mary W.

Was charged for 60 miles although I drove 35. I took a picture when we got in the truck to ensure I was charged the right amount and I certainly wasn't. We also had many issues with the online interface and had to go inside both on picking up the truck and returning It which made us an hour late getting started on moving.Ashley K.

I was told that my pick up time would be @ 7:am. The guy working at Crystal Lake Self Storage said that "I'm not waking up for anyone at 7:00 am!) I couldn't get my truck until after 8:30 am leaving me to pay movers to sit and wait!! Was never explained to me that I would have to travel 1/2 hour to get the truck to travel back to Manchester!! It was a horrible experience and was very disappointed in your APP that doesn't even WORK!!!! What has happened to U-Haul I knew and counted on? Now you have these trucks parked at places that "party all night because it's so friggan boring here!" (That was a quote from the guy from Crystal Lake Self Storage where we picked up the truck in Ellington Ct.) You have morons renting out your equipment! Maybe Budget Rental would of been easier, more efficient and wanting/willing to do their JOBS!!! Sincerely, Not A Happy Customer... AT ALL!!PATRICIA D.

I ordered a hand dolly that according to the website would be in the truck. I didn't notice it wasn't there until I go to my house, I was not going back for it. I have sent 2 emails requesting a refund of the $7.00 plus tax but they have been ignored. I am now demanding a refund. I will go as high up as I have to to get my refund. This was the only problem I had with this rentalCarol B.

This return location was close by my destination and even though it had snowed, the lot was clear to drive in and the onsite people made it easy for me to remove the tow dolly and return the truck.Joshua L.

The guy wasn't there at pick up time. They did not have the truck size requested. There is a hole in the floor near the entry way. He discussed partying in a storage unit onsite. It was disturbing at best but at least there was a truck a bit larger there. Someone from corporate should go and check this place out. I guarantee they would find it disturbing as well.Susanne W.

The drop off location for my purpose was amazingly close to our new home. I dropped it off earlier than scheduled and the business was closed. On the door was a phone number advising the proprietor was only minutes away and we did the checkout over the phone and withing 15 minutes I had my receipt sent to my iPhone. Entire experience from start to finish was excellent. Keep up the good work.RICHARD B.

I have to call cell and home numbers (posted on the door) to reach this owner/operator of this location. While he was informative and kind, he was absent. I found his absence disconcerting as I didn't know what to expect or what actions to take when returning the truck. I didn't feel there was any great measure of security when I left the truck in the parking lot. The yard was overgrown and unattractive. It was hard to see where to put the truck and signage was not clearly visible. One customer gave us directions since he knew the operator. He was nice. Chris was pleasant on the phone and gave specific, if not patient, instructions which we followed. Thank you.LINDA G.
