I had problems first of all finding the location. The gentleman that helped us was extremely friendly, but had to keep running back and forth in order to get everything set up for us to take the U-haul.

We had a pick up time of 9 am. At 9:30 am a U-Haul representative had to assist us with getting into a truck. The U-Haul representative admitted to other customers having the same issues with this pick up location. The delay in getting in a truck caused us to unload in the rain. We could have avoided the rain storm by not being delayed due to Dani Automotive not being on time

There was nobody there to help us with picking up our truck. Our reservation had to be converted to an after hours pick up and I was forced to do the entire process on my own. The truck was dusty.

There parking lot is hard to get out of. The young lady at the counter was very sweet and helpful. If it not for the parking lot I would give higher ratings. This young lady is why they are as high as they are.

First of all, I scheduled a pickup at noon and no one was there to assist me. This location is not an official UHaul location. It seems to be a side business for a car repair shop where the person in charge is not at the office. After wondering around the shop, a mechanic finally gave me the number to someone named "T". He told me to call her and if she didn't answer to text her. I called the person and no one answered. I then texted her and no response. It wasn't until I called again and left a voicemail that she texted saying she was on her way. I waited 30 minutes in all. I'm not sure if Uhaul conducts service at all locations this way. Frankly it was very frustrating obtaining this truck rental. Returning the vehicle was not a good experience either. When I picked up the truck it was not parked in a pavement area. It was in an unbalanced dirt ditch area. I was uncertain of parking it back the way it was. It didn't help that there where other vehicles in the way. I asked in the car shop where could I leave the keys and that I was uncertain about parking it back in its place. A man who said was Dano, the owner told me to just leave it where it was that he would take care of it. I asked him if that was all. If there was anything else I needed to do. He said that was all and took the receipt I was given at the beginning of the rental. I felt very uncertain about leaving the truck just like that. It wasn't until I signed in to my UHaul account that I realized that there was a return process. I followed the instructions on the website and left the vehicle where I was instructed. This is my first time renting a truck from UHaul. After this experience, I'm not certain I would do business with them again. It doesn't help that I've been overcharged $60 for gas. When I took the truck in the beginning, it has 1/4 tank of gas. I took a picture of it. I made sure I left it the same way when I returned it. I left it at 1/4 tank of gas. Again I took a picture of it at the time of return. I've sent an email with the pictures to 777001_AFM@uhaul.com I hope to hear from someone soon.

When I got there was know one working at the counter. I went in the mechanic shop to inquire where is the person that ran the uhaul he then informed me that she went to the hospital. He then call someone on the phone to help me. I gave him all my information and told me that he will send my receipt to my email and hung up the phone, the mechanic gave me the keys and went with him to take a look for any damages and he said don't worry about it everything is ok... I then got into the truck and the first thing I look at was the gas and it was on a little over a half of a tank and that's what I returned in it.. I have rented before from U-haul and I have had a representative with me to check the condition of the truck and the gas and the starting mileage and that wasn't done. I know not to bring any truck back to U-haul without the right amount of fuel that you left with because of the price that they will charge you. Why should I pay for U-haul mistake for allowing me to leave with the truck without me signing a contract showing that I left with a little over a half a tank of gas and U-haul charging me 51.00.

The customer service lady was awesome and she was very helpful when my reservation couldn't be found. The truck was dirty inside the loading area.

There was technical issues online. So it delayed us for getting the truck

My answers are not based on the personnel but the quality of training provide to the people at this location. They were not prepared, didn't know how to fix the drop off location that was entered incorrectly. When we got the trailer, we knew we would need a connector to our truck but this place had no supplies to assist. The truck was not evaluated before pickup which meant we had no clue the right break light was out. Not being able to alert other drivers of the vehicle with trailer moving right made it for a very long trip. They also gave us a 1 way rental for an appliance dolly when we asked for a 1 day and then when we returned it back, they didn't check the equipment in properly so the drop off location had to call and confirm.
