My only issue was it was there was not any signage or other uhaul vehicles to identufy the location except a small sign in the front of the building so I parked in a big lot next door with lots of space for a 26ft truck. It was dark when I delivered the truck in an unfamiliar new town and I didn't see the sign until after the representative found me next door. The representative was very nice and came to meet me even though I arrived after hours.Patricia H.

Reserved a truck for 1:00 from one location & was sent across town to get it. Then had to wait 45-50 minutes for the uhaul person to arrive to do the paperwork. Then was charged extra miles which would not have been applicable if the truck was picked up where it was reserved.Jane B.

Not only was I not able to pick the truck up at my preferred location, but I had to wait an hour in the parking lot before I was able to contact the store manager to pick the truck up. Scheduled pick up time was 8:00am. I had confirmed this with the store earlier the day before. Store manager said his store normally doesn't open until 10am, even though online it says 7:30am. Overall it was a very disappointing experience.Anthony M.

Well, my initial pick up was at the Fountain Street location. When I arrived, the truck that was scheduled for me had a broken back door latch. Really seems like something they would check for, right? But no, and they had no other truck for me and they put me behind a whole hour. So then I had to go to the Darrow Road location, and at least they were really nice. It took me forever on the phone to even get a discount. Really? I'm still very upset, and I will be blowing up this incident on social media. Hope this company enjoys screwing people over!Natalie L.
I did the check in on line and it still took an hour to get the truck. I ordered a dolly and it was not dropped off at the location with the truck. They wanted me to go 25 min to pick up a replacement for what your company messed up then that would have been an Damn hour at the store bc its always forever at your stores And then 25 min drive back, so I refused the dolly bc I didn't have all day for your company to waste. I will not use you again. I am completely done with you. I will rent from Ryder if I ever move again.trisha C.
