I fill up the gas back to what I took it as ,, the guy still charges me for gas he didn’t want to go out the office to look at the truck when I return it ,, he said that he will look at it later ,, after send me the invoice and charges me for gas ,, the try to rip off people at this location ,,

This is for U-Haul in general. 1. Stop all the stupid questions about what vehicle is doing the towing. Once you know it is a Chevy 1500. Knowing it is a 6 or 8 cylinder, 2 or 4 wheel drive, 5 or 6 foot bed, 2 or 4 door, crew or double cab, is not relevant. 2. Per the attendant, it is required they are a photo (front and back) of my drivers license. This was done with his personal phone. I am not comfortable with your employees haveing a photo of my ID in their phone. Find another way of doing this.

Would never rent from them again They hit me with an additional $20 overnight charge when I return it way before my 24 hrs rental period and I have pics to show it with a time stamp on my pics I called customer service and still waiting all now for a supervisor to reach out to me

Staff members were very distracted due to gas pump issues. Refueling was difficult and solution had to be suggested to clerks.

Absolutely the worst UHaul experience I’ve ever had! Not only was the customer service terrible and extremely unclear, but my truck broke down in the midst of the move. I was over charged for the rental, and when filing an objection I wasn’t helped with my grievance! Will more than likely be my last time doing business with U-Haul because of this experience.

Need someone there who can hook up and in hook upon delivers. Old men with bad backs cannot hook or unhook and the women who worked there couldn't either. Thank goodness for 2 young male customers!!

It took me over 30 minutes waiting the staff to get things together and get me out. They asked me to hook up the trailer myself (WHAT!). Upon return, they stated that they would charge me to unhook ($85.00). I will never go back to this location. Contract U-haul dealers are not worth the time unless no other choice.

Service was good when arrived but they need to get stuff together when we rented truck everything was peches and cream very nice people,they asked where will we drop off truck we said same location where picked off when went to drop off the attendant was frustrated he stated that the place was packed with trucks and that we couldn’t drop off there that we needed to go somewhere else after an 1 hour of talk on phone and the 1800 number customer service telling him he needed to receive the truck because we will get charge,he kept going on that there was no space and guy was trying to keep it professional but looked very frustrated I understand all the frustration but the schedule department need to get together so this wont happen to anyone he took the truck but said at this point just leave so I couldn’t take note of the miles or check truck for any trash or anything I will give uhaul a chance but they need to address this.

I told the rental agent I needed the truck overnight and he said that was fine. He made a mistake in the computer and put a 6 hour return time. Even though he admits he made a mistake they still charged me for 2 days.

No costumer service at all representatives are careless and don’t know their stuff. Make mistakes on reservations and you end up paying for their mistakes there is no communication between staff or they keep records of notes of conversations with costumers.

Matt was very rude and didnt want to deal with the Uhual system. He made me use their computer to do his job as a clerk for igual. I had to call customer service to wide me thru it. When I returned my rental he charged me for an extra day even that I was withing the time frame of the 24 hr rental. I had to call customer service once again because he didnt want to deal with the uhual computer system.

It was absolutely the worst ever...leaving 3 sick people on the road for 3 hours. In 91.degree heat and not even compensating us a dime, just an I'm sorry. All of the lies and excuses until Officer Neff got involved from the Highway patrol. Uncalled for.

This was the second time that I have dropped a vehicle off at this location and the representative was very helpful on both occasions. Great service.

Our reservation was moved to this address. On the day we needed the truck they did not have the supplies we needed that were on our order. I realize that u-haul manage this, but when confirming the order the day before and saying everything on the reservation was there and ready they should actually verify it. There was an issue with the truck not matching the one on the reservation creating a delay in getting the truck. The gentleman at the counter was trying his best to help, but as this is a gas station location he had to authority to do anything without calling the regional manager. I would not get a u-haul from this location, but as stated before I-haul moved our reservation to this address due to the size of truck we needed and availability.

There were several moving blankets thrown on the floor of the trailer. We had to fold them and lay them on the floor in order to put our things in it. Keep in mind I clearly declined anything extra (hence blankets) when I scheduled the reservation. Imagine my surprise and anger to find out my card has been charged an additional $16 because we DID NOT refold blankets we DID NOT REQUEST IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!!

I have sent several emails concerning my experience. From not having the packing materials that I ordered to not having the equipment that I ordered and PAID for! I was left with no auto transport even though I had reserved it days in advance, On the day of my scheduled pickup I was told no auto transport and left with no options except to figure out how to get my vehicle hundreds of miles with NO HELP FROM UHAUL!!!!!!!!! I was told that I would be able to speak with someone about this BULL. I am not satisfied with UHAUL at all.

Despite being charged for an extra day for being a couple of hours late, I would recommend this location. I called Uhaul corporate for help and they do not care whatsoever. Corporate was not helpful at all and definitely not customer centric. As a result, I will be shopping around the next time I rent. Could’ve of had a customer for life, but guess you didn’t want this one.

Not friendly, charged for cleaning that was unnecessary. Accused of damaging the bed and side of the truck. Would never drop off there again. The employee didn’t even have the back of the truck open and asked me what I was hauling because the back was “scuffed” up. Opened the driver door put his hands in the air like he was on a reality tv show asking “what I did there is way to much dirt and I would be charged for a cleaning fee.” I responded that the little bit of sand at the bottom was there when I picked it up. Im sure if you go back this place has a long history of charging “cleaning fees.” He asked me repeatedly “if I had my 12 key with me.” I asked him what that was, I glanced at the diagram he was looking at and it was for the blankets that were already in the back of the truck. I asked to take pictures of the sand and scuff marks, he told me I didn’t need pictures only he did. Very uneducated and rude.
