The lady who assisted me, and the rental itself, were wonderful. The web tool is effectively USELESS. I put all my info into the portal, details, images of my license, etc. When I got there to pick up the truck, she couldn't see ANY of it, and we had to re-enter EVERYTHING. Then, I tried three times to use the Check In section. It would get part way through, then kick out and I'd have to start over. I gave up on the third failure...Gregory W.

Turn off that dang gps tracker. I was trying to avoid contact with people by using the mobile feature and your stupid excuse for a system kept saying im not at the correct location. Im pretty sure i know what a stinkin uhaul looks like. Who ever designed this system needs fired.Brian Z.

Picked up the trailer, when I loaded my car, one of the tire straps was to short to secure the tire. It had been broken off prior to me. Had to go to a different location to fix the trailer before I could start my trip, chains were not properly placed on my truck.JOSHUA W.

The truck needs transmission services, and the turn signals didn't work right. It's upsetting that you took $160 off my card, yet I have to keep waiting to get the rest of my money back, when me and my wife are now homeless. We won't be using Uhaul again.michael G.
