The guy who received my vehicle acted as though I was an inconvenience. Left a review on Google too. Very disappointing because up until this point the experience I had was fantastic. Tell him to improve or to close his doors because whether he likes it or not, he has a customer service job and needs to be less of an ass.Gage R.
The man who attended me was the most unpleasant individuals I have ever dealt with. He told me to back the trailer next to another trailer. So I did. He then came out after I backed in the trailer and complained that it wasn't close enough to the other trailer. I had to ask where where exactly I should back it in. He then noticed a rock which was apparently not where he wanted it and accused me of placing it where he saw it. I would never use this location again, and I'll will advise all I know to never use it.jeremy G.

The experience at this Uhaul location was absolutely horrible. When we first arrived he was not even at the location. Then when he finally arrived the process took a long time and the office space was super outdated and dirty. Will never rent there again.Justin B.

I don't consider this place to be honest and fair. Talking to Terry (Regional Manager) on the day of return. UHaul was returned same day as rental agreement although I had 24 hours, He promised no additional charges. I was charged an extra day, when it was checked in two days later. I was referred to another manager named Clint, who cannot return phone calls. Hard to communicate with. I have not disputed charges with my bank because I expect Uhaul to step up. I am not sure that I will rent from UHaul again. Up to now, I have had no problems with UHaul, but I have had a good experience with Penske and Ryder.Antonio B.

Your representative there @ this location needs to be retrained. He was very rude and had no information about my contract. I was treated poorly and when I asked what I my final charge would beâ€¦ he couldn't tell me, that seems very unprofessional. Also after his inspection before leaving, which I wasn't sure what he was looking for on the 5x8 trailer, it had light burnt out and another that didn't respond to the blinkers. I figured he would tell me about these issues. Staff was incredibly rude on the phone and in person. He walked away without keys without telling me if they needed me for anything else. Was very confrontation and treated me very rudely when I asked if I was in the right place to drop off my uhaul. Was upset I parked in the same parking lot not knowing only half of the parking lot was theirs. Impossible to find â€œfront officeâ€ unless you know you are looking around corners in a mechanics poorly organized closet with a man sitting in the corner facing away from you who will not turn to loom at you once. Although did help me back a large truck up with a trailer, however was throwing his hands In the air if I made the slightest wrong turn like he had no idea I don't back large trucks and trailers up for a living. I would drive an extra hour or more just to avoid returning at this location ever again.Joseph C.

We were leased a very nice truck with 2400 miles, very clean. It was a very nice trip with the truck, approximately 700 miles. I can't think of anything that would have made our trip better or easier.Jay G.

Customer service was not good. Grumpy on phone, grumpy when I showed up and asked questions, did not discuss my insurance options for the trailer and just automatically added it to my bill and charged me $70.00. When I asked why it was on the bill, he said it's included and I can call headquarters if I want to remove it. Dirty office, trailer had sun damage and cracks in paint on all sides. The guy was actually really interesting to talk to after we had the trailer paid for and all the admin out of the way. He became a completely different person, I just think he needs to be done working for UHAUL and dealing with customers.Chad J.
Customer service training seems to be needed at this location. The man said he'd be with me in a minute in a less than friendly tone, then he disappeared. He finally yelled out the door "yo". We were having trouble with the mobile check in and he just said keep doing it and show me which truck it is. It took almost an hour to complete the check in.Gregory A.
Guy was rude super unfriendly. Got pissed off because I was not going to back the trailer into where he wanted. I preferred to just unhook it and push it into place as it's very light. He did not show my rental being returned until I called customer service 4 days later. He was very unprofessional even with the customer after me telling the gentleman he was stupid for using a third party as he did not show they had a reservation. I've used uhaul numerous times because of the great customer service however I would never use this location again. Uhaul should be ashamed to be associated with this location!!!Joni I.

Extremely difficult trying to do all of the sign in and confirmations. The website crashed several times and the process of picking it up took an hour. Just to end up having the website crash again and I had to go inside and restart the process in person. The worker seemed extremely bothered that I couldn't figure it out, which was weird. Considering I was the one in a hurry to move dealing with a website crashing over and over. Then I ended up paying the 40 dollars for the 2 days with the uhaul. When I returned it I was notified on my phone I owed 96 more dollars. Despite the fact that I already paid the 40, did not get the insurance protection, and only drove 14 miles total. Absolutely ridiculous how hard this process wasIsaac B.

The trailer tires were peeling and in poor repair so I spent my day organizing and getting new tires. The uhaul rep and tire co were AMAZING and so accomodating- they took great care of us!Jammie B.

TERRIBLE!!!! The store is dirty and discussing... cats running all over the place... stunk bad. Representative was not friendly... rude and not helpful. When I called to confirm the day of the pickup I was told by the owner that I should "hustle up or I can't help you". I showed up 5 minutes before my pick-up time, and I got the truck without any major problems, but the customer service was just disappointing. I'm not asking for Uhaul locations to kiss my feet and worship me as a god when I walk in, but not being a crotchety dick would be a great place to start.Coleman K.

The mobile pick up did not work for me. None of the screens were loading even though all my other apps on my phone worked perfectly and I had to ask the person working inside for help to create another reservation. Since I was late I had to pay the movers to stay later. The app does not work for mobile pick up and cost me $100. I would never recommend to anyone. The guy that helped me treated me like a child, was uncooperative when I was asking him questions as if I should've already knew everything about a uhaul experience. After I was done I had no clue what to do, so I turned off the truck and left the keys in the box. I get home and THEN I get a text giving me the instructions on how to return the vehicle. I had to drive back, FISH THE KEYS OUT OF THE BOX and then finish the return process. One of the worst experiences I have had with a business and employment. The dude treated me like a child. When I was coming into get a car he started helping me and talking down to me. Another customer comes in and he started talking to him for FIFTEEN MINUTES before he finishes setting up my stuff. I recieved a call/messaged from LoLo at DD HEavy Towing around 9am the following morning. His message seemed a bit condescending and wasn't the type of professionalism one would expect from a uHAUL employee/contractor etc. He basically said hurry up get your keys back here or i'm chargin you another day.... Ok not the best customer service, but ok no big deal there really. What happened next I couldn't believe. I called him back. He asks me (condescendingly) Are you going to bring those keys back, I can't check your truck until without the keys.) I then began what I though would be a funny story to explain why I couldn't drop the keys off the night before. I said " ya funny story there, you would believe the troube I've been having this time around, and what kind of mickey mouse app is in operation here..." Berfore I could even finish my story he yells....YELLS through the phones,,, I could see the veins on his forehead he yelled so loudly...." Listen you MOTHER FUCKER" after that the rest of what he said may as well been in russian. I couldn't believe it. He did mention that he was going to charge me another day right then and there and that i was a dumb mother fucker for wasting his time bla bla bla... I have used UHAUL for all kinds of things for 30 years plus. I swear to GOD after this experience, this will be the last time. it seems that over the years UHAUL has lost touch with customer service and hiring accountable , respectful, honest, clean educated individuals that frankly, don't dress, speak and smell like a drunk on streets. I will make sure that none of my emplyees, family of doctors, friends and neighbors never rent from here again, as I have found this last experience to be over the top and I would never want any one that I care about to go through this process. I started reading this DD Heavy Towing review in regards to UHAUL.... my question is UHAUL.... WHY do you still contract with this person? READ the reviews.. they are awful, terrible, This man does not belong in this position. For the last few year as I have used Uhal the service has been GOING DOWN. This lasts experience will be my last and everyone else's in my circle. Please if you reallly care about customer service, these two idiots that I had to deal with.... well They need to be educated, and corrected/or fired. They cost you ALOT of future business.BRAD P.

The owner was rude. No customer service. He charged me safe drive coverage without asking me and said i should have read the contract. I rarely get save drive coverage, especially not for local 10 miles rental. You can check my previous rentals and see that i almost never get coverage. Also i returned the vehicle the next day but he charged me for two days and said it's not his problem. He gets upset when you rent the truck locally instead of renting long distance. He said that is how he makes his money. He's very rude. I will not be renting from him Ever again.JUAN M.
