The place was filthy and the guy in charge of the rentals was extremely rude. Insulted me as soon as I walked in before even asking for my name and the vehicle I was towing. Kept saying his was better and then continued to try and argue with me on stupid little things all while yelling racial slurs at one of his hispanic workers and arguing with him in front of me. Then, when hooking up the trailer he continued to ask: "what makes you think you can offord this vehicle?" Excuse me but thats non of your damn bussiness. I left pissed off and as long as uhaul has somebody like that working with them I will never give them another dime.

Truck was dirty and old and ran like crap. So they charged me to clean it when i already cleaned more than I should have when I first got the dang thing. And returned it nicer than I rented it. Bull crap.

The man receiving was very rude. He accused me of spilling fresh oil on dolly. The film of oil on dolly was obviously not fresh oil, when I noted that he called me a liar.

Took forever to schedule, then lost my info, and had to start over at time of pickup, smelled horrible inside truck, smoke and stinky dog, and dog hair everywhere. I would not rent again.

Better coordination among different U-haul centers... no one had any idea how to get me the truck I reserved and when I reached my terminal destination the attendant was clearly frustrated at the poor communication done by his colleagues.

The office was closed when the website said it was open. It was about 1 1/2 hours after published open time. I called and then waited about 15 minutes for someone to show up.

I was bounced to 3 different locations the same day while trying to pick up my uhaul. The original place I was sent had been closed for 2 months. Once I finally found my location all my information in the computer wasn't put in correctly. The gentleman helping me was patient and willing to fix the computer issues, though it was frustrating for both parties. But he got me on my way fairly quickly. It seems like 'the system' makes it hard for the actual people who work at the stores to give the best customer service due to all the changes the system does on it's own. The truck was new and drove great.

We originally signed up for the 24/7 truck share and it was a complete disaster. We showed up when we were supposed to and because it was before the location opened (which is why we sign up for the 24/7 pick up) the place was locked up and the app wouldn’t let us do anything. I called corporate and they said we would have to wait two hours till a different location opened. We lost over half the people we had coming to help due to this situation it was very frustrating. BUT I will say once we got to DD heavy towing to pick up the truck they were incredibly good to work with and very fast! I would recommend them in a heartbeat just not U-Haul.

I was on a tight time constraint. Business is supposed to be open at 8. Did not open for 20 minutes. Attendant informed me I could not park in lot so I had to drive 20 minutes both ways with a rider. I checked out truck on my phone. Attendant was unfamiliar with process. Got very defensive when I explained I just needed the keys. Location extremely filthy. Customers are asked to sit and wait on grease, oil, fuel stained chairs that appear decades old. Customer service terrible.
