The staff on site gave me very poor customer service. Not only was the equipment rusty, but they also refused to refund the deposit I had left. The employee on site spoke loudly to me, but in addition he asked me to come back another day, when I moved more than an hour from the place where I rented. I sincerely do not recommend this place to anyone and I will never stay at this place again. It seems to me that when we move we have enough stress so it's useless to have to fight to get your deposit back. I wasted more than 3 hours of my time there.VÃ©ronique V.

The application to return the truck was not working (it kept saying that I hadn't enough space on my cellphone to upload the photos despite me removing almost all my applications). Also it is a 4-step process and everytime I was done with step 3 and clicking on the Â«continueÂ» button, it kept sending me back to the main menu and I had to start again. I've never been able to finish the return with the application so I had to call a uhaul representative and I waited 60 MINUTES!! on the line before they could finish the return of the truck by phone. The application is unreliable and the waiting time for customer service is unacceptable. I've wasted at least 2 hours of my day because of the poor service.Jean G.

We wait 1 hour to take our location. The location was timed at 9h30 am. I arrived at 9h25 and i was able to go with the trailer only at 10h35. The girl said that the person responsable of my location tried many times to enter my informations in the system but it never worked. She said that the website was off service. She then said me to enter all that info on the website my self to Â«selftakeÂ» the trailer. I entered all my info and the website closed right in my face. Â«the session as expirdedÂ». So i had to reenter all the informations. When i finally can press Â«saveÂ», the girl said that i was suppose to see a trailer number to know wich one was mine. It didn't show up until 15 minutes later. So all the processus was very long. It shifted our whole day and delayed us a lot in our move, we had three hours of road to do...Kelly'Ann C.

La personne au comptoir ne peux complÃ©ter la location s'en communiquer avec une autre au tÃ©lÃ©phone, ce qui provoque de la confusion et allonge le temps d'attente dans l'Ã©tablissement.Michel S.
La dame en charge de la rÃ©cupÃ©ration a eu Ã attendre de nombreuses minutes au tÃ©lÃ©phone avec le service U-Haul pour confirmer le millage ainsi que le niveau d'essence qui ne concordait pas entre les photos de dÃ©part et l'information sur le contrat (reÃ§u deux jours aprÃ¨s la rÃ©cupÃ©ration). Elle nous a confirmÃ© que le niveau d'essence remis Ã©tait correct. Or nous avons reÃ§u une facture le lendemain pour de l'essence en supplÃ©ment. La dame a bien voulu nous aider mais le systÃ©me informatisÃ© U-Haul et les dÃ©lais pour parler Ã quelqu'un pour tenter de corriger la situation lui ont fait perdre beaucoup de temps et Ã nous Ã©galement. Du dÃ©but Ã la fin, le processus de contractualisation, de rÃ©cupÃ©ration et de retour a Ã©tÃ© TRÃˆS pÃ©nible pour tout le monde, avec des erreurs Ã notre dÃ©savantage.Daniel C.
Je suis aller chercher le camion dans un dÃ©panneur(surprenament). La dame qui s'occupais des camions n'Ã©tait pas prÃ©sente, ne parlait pas franÃ§ais, je ne comprenais rien, la caissiÃ¨re ne savait pas quoi faire ni comment. Pour le retour du camion mÃªmes problÃ¨mes. Uhaul m'avais appeller quelques jours plus tÃ´t pour me demender si je pouvais raporter le camion a st-hyacinthe au lieu de Trois-RiviÃ¨res comme prÃ©vue, en Ã©change d'un rabais et d'ajouter des KM, au retour ont m'annonce que je dois payer encore un surplus et 50$ de gaz de plus ce qui,je le croyais, fesais partie du rabais.
