No windshield washer, and it's happened twice. The system was down and I could not get a receipt. I had reserved a 15', they called me less than 24h in advance to le me know there was none available at this location. I had no time to go elsewhere so I asked to get a 20' instead. Not the best option and more expensive.

MIGUEL B.J'ai effectué ma réservation deux mois à l'avance, j'ai demandé un camion 20 pieds, lorsque nous sommes aller récupérer le camion, il y avait seulement des camions 15 pieds, j'ai du faire deux voyages, donc le double de kilométrage comme nous avions pas un 20 pieds! Pourquoi ne pas m'avoir contacté lors des deux mois précédents le jour de la réservation? J'aurais changé d'emplacement pour pouvoir avoir un 20 pieds! J'ai donc payé 10$ moins cher pour le camion, mais deux fois le kilométrage.. Absolument pas satisfaite de mon expérience avec U-Haul, ce n'était pas ma première fois avec eux, mais ce sera malheureusement ma dernière!

Maxime L.Very easy to rent. However, I asked for an appliances dolly, but the point of service didn't have any. You should know what they have before promising to the customer. Also, the backdoor wouldn't open at all. Maybe stuck in ice. Had to go back inside to get another truck, which they might not have had and that would have been a big problem. Wasted about 45min of an already tight scheduled and stressing day.
Sebastien M.First, when we arrived to get our location (a trailer), it wasn't available for us. I had to cancel online to rent a truck they had available. It cost me more than a 100$ more than it was supposed to. Second, the service from the employee where we picked up the truck was mediocre. It was slow and, in the middle of our transaction, they told us to wait so they could serve other customers because "they are a priority over U-Haul customers". Finally, as for the truck itself, it was in great condition and I had no problem with it.

L'employée du dépanneur et certains clients critiquaient le fait d'avoir des camions de déménagement dans un stationnement restreint. Nous avons eu le temps de faire un Voxpop alors qu'on a végété 20 min alors que l'employée devait attendre le feu vert de son employeur pour nous permettre de partir. Très moyen comme note globale...

I have confirmed April 2022 a pick up from uHaul St-Hubert & drop St-Hyacinthe and imagine my surprise the day before moving getting a pick up FROM ST-HYACINTHE " I had to pay $53.51 for extra miles + gaz $$$$$ like total close to $100 for your mistake . We lost 2 hours to come to get the truck in the morning . Very very disapointed.

Aucune modification possible, aucune annulation possible. J'ai été pris au piège. Pourtant j'ai pris la peine de faire la réservation plus de 1 mois d'avance. Service exécrable. Plus jamais je ne ferai affaire avec u-haul. Très déçue. Je ne recommande pas.
Alexandre G.Nous devions récupérer notre camion à Longueuil, mais notre camion n'était apparemment plus disponible la veille de notre location, donc nous avons dû nous rendre à Ste-Hyacinthe pour le récupérer, donc 1h30 de route supplémentaire simplement pour récupérer le camion.

Lise T.First of all, we managed to get moving day done, that was our main concern. But wasn't smooth and pleasant experience. When we arrived at the place to get our 15' truck plus tow we discovered that they don't had the equipment. We call and the lady transfer us to a city 80 km away, we don't agree with that and then we reduce to a 10' truck with no tow. She got one place 20km away so we loss of 2 hours in the process and didn't got what we are expecting from the beginning. But WE MADE IT!

Eric G.The staff on site gave me very poor customer service. Not only was the equipment rusty, but they also refused to refund the deposit I had left. The employee on site spoke loudly to me, but in addition he asked me to come back another day, when I moved more than an hour from the place where I rented. I sincerely do not recommend this place to anyone and I will never stay at this place again. It seems to me that when we move we have enough stress so it's useless to have to fight to get your deposit back. I wasted more than 3 hours of my time there.

Pierre D.The application to return the truck was not working (it kept saying that I hadn't enough space on my cellphone to upload the photos despite me removing almost all my applications). Also it is a 4-step process and everytime I was done with step 3 and clicking on the «continue» button, it kept sending me back to the main menu and I had to start again. I've never been able to finish the return with the application so I had to call a uhaul representative and I waited 60 MINUTES!! on the line before they could finish the return of the truck by phone. The application is unreliable and the waiting time for customer service is unacceptable. I've wasted at least 2 hours of my day because of the poor service.

Albertho M.We wait 1 hour to take our location. The location was timed at 9h30 am. I arrived at 9h25 and i was able to go with the trailer only at 10h35. The girl said that the person responsable of my location tried many times to enter my informations in the system but it never worked. She said that the website was off service. She then said me to enter all that info on the website my self to «selftake» the trailer. I entered all my info and the website closed right in my face. «the session as expirded». So i had to reenter all the informations. When i finally can press «save», the girl said that i was suppose to see a trailer number to know wich one was mine. It didn't show up until 15 minutes later. So all the processus was very long. It shifted our whole day and delayed us a lot in our move, we had three hours of road to do...
