LEOTA WI have no complaints. The property is clean and well lit outside. The units are always clean and well taken care of, no bugs. I only have amazing things to say about the guys that work here, they are amazing.

Stephen RIn today’s world, customer service is not high on the priority list. I’m old school, as well as a sales person and to me it #1 on my list! I was so impressed with this experience. First I called the facility closest to me and the man who answered did not have what I was asking for but VOLUNTEERED to find it for me! I was very impressed and thankful for his help. Than when I picked up the van the next morning David was awesome! Friendly, knowledgeable If I was hiring I would have tried to recruit him! Thank you

Sandra JNot a bad review Double Springs location. The issue I faced was the original drop off location told me the were no longer accepting drop offs and didn’t know why Uhaul would send me there. They sent me to another location! Upon arrival at 2nd location they advised me the are not equipped for ANY drop offs and don’t understand why I was sent there. They sent me to location #3 where they gladly accepted drop off. Very disappointed in Uhaul.
Chris TThey did not have any dollys. I paid for 2 dollys and they just said nope we don’t have any. I would like a refund.
Haven CThis was our first experience using Uhaul in general. We were so happy with the ease and customer experience. I’m not sure WHY we haven’t used uhaul before now! This location was easy to find and extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Nicole MFigure out a way to include a jack stand so that if a loaded trailer has to be dropped the customer will be able to re-hook it without needing further assistance.
David rI had a truck reserved close to where I would use it. That truck was give to another customer and I had to drive almost 20 miles one way to get a truck. There and back was almost 40 miles of the 59 miles I drove it. Upon returning the truck, I was told they would only charge .89 cents instead of the 1.09. They did not do that either. I was charged full price. Seems u-haul has a pretty good deal going to collect mileage. Very dissatisfied with u-haul
Elston RThe guy who gave us the keys was so incredibly high he could barely work the computer. Either that or there was some medical issue going on. They also didn’t have the appliance dolly that they said they did online, so we had to drive across town to another place to rent one. He didn’t have any of the information that I put into my reservation online (email, phone, etc.). This place was very sketchy, and I would not feel safe here alone as a woman. It’s the guy’s house that you have to go into to pick it up. He also wanted me to prepay for all my mileage but I didn’t know how many trips we would need so that doesn’t make sense. Overall terrible experience with the company but the truck did work well.
