I’m very disappointed and terrified with the reservation I made yesterday at Uhaul Orlando. First of all the truck wasn’t ready to pick up at the time I booked and it was because the truck was dirty. I had to wait they cleaned it and they couldn’t clean properly the front window. After finally have the truck I was putting my car on the trailer and this one fell out. I made many calls to the Road Assistant (800)468-4285, I called to Uhaul Kirkman rd Orlando and nobody answered. I called the customer service by 4:46pm and they said I should call this # (800)528-0355 for assistance and nobody answered. I had to have my friend to help me to connect the trailer at the truck without any help from uhaul. Now dropping off the truck at Tampa I explain everything what happened and he told me he is NOT going to charge me anything else because the inconvenience I had. Now I’m checking my account and I have been charged because gas?! Unbelievable. I’m sure the phone calls I made were recorded. So I want to be refund for everything, it’s is $209.95 and for $58.00. It’s was the worse and dangerous experience I ever had.

First of all I requested a 10’ truck, which was not available and I was given a 15’ truck since there was not any 10’ available. A couple of minutes after I left the Oldsmar location I noticed that the mileage on the truck did not match what was on my contract and the engine light was on. I was told that the engine light on just means the truck need service. What kind of response is that? Also I was told that the reason of the discrepancy on the mileage was because I was given the wrong truck. I asked to switch the trucks so I get the one that matches the contract. I was told that it was raining and he did not want to get wet. Meanwhile I got all wet by having to go in and out of the location to correct your error. I am very disappointed.
