No U-Haul personnel on site. The personnel that were there (mechanic shop was very helpful: gave me the number for the U-Haul representative, and ultimately agreed to hold my keys for the rep for check-in purposes (so I didn't have to do a "night-time" check-in and incur an extra charge even though it was the middle of the morning.Gary W.

We went to drop off the truck at night and it was like driving into a junk yard. Walked up to the building found a guy working on a motorcycle. Told him we are here to drop off a truck. He mumbled something and I could not tell what he said because he didn't even look at us. So I then ask if this is I read out the address. He did say yes. So I waited for a while thinking he was going to say something else or help show me where the drop off box was. He never stopped working on the motorcycle or looked at us. I finally found the drop off box and left. I was also charged a $25 cleaning fee when it was perfectly clean. Not surprised. The place seemed shady. I can't get anyone on the phone to dispute the charge.Robert G.

The location / staff were great but the online UHaul process and validation requirements were simply awful. Could have had us submit the driver photo / license photos / third adult contact before we were in the lot trying to get access to the truck.Brandon B.

Super difficult to navigate the lot - there's cars in the roadway when driving in. We went to drop off the vehicle and the lot was muddy, which made parking the truck difficult.Gwendelyn K.
I also rented a trailer at a different location. Kinda weird that when someone rents a trailer to hook up to your truck, you charge an extra 20 dollars to have someone help secure the vehicle. I spent over 1500 on U-Haul products and that's kind of petty. To beat it all i had to re strap the vehicle tires because the guy didn't do a good job and after 2 hours of highway driving I had to pull over and redo it because they had come Completely undone and loose.Franklin C.

Angela was super helpful during the rental process. However, the auto trailer/dolly was not wide enough. As a result, the auto trailer caused damage to my vehicle. Even during my call to roadside assistance, she was helpful. I had a poor experience with Roadside Assistance. After 3 hrs of sitting in the Little Rock UHaul facility, who didn't help me, they informed me that the newer version of the auto trailer was the same width as the older auto trailer - 72". Neither was wide enough for my 1999 Ford Expedition. Only option was to drive the rental truck and our personal vehicle to our destination. I need to file a damage claim as a result of my vehicle not being compatible with the width of the trailer. It damaged the running boards on both sides and perhaps more than that. Had to drive the vehicle 6 hours which put additional and unexpected wear and tear on the vehicle. This was not ideal for the vehicle which is why we towed it in the first place. I need customer support to call me, and walk me through the claim process.Douglas V.

My father waited to be attended for 30 minutes until the man moseyed back to assist in dropping off the uhaul. The place is basically a junk yard/mechanic yard and unsafe to park uhauls. He almost hit a vehicle with the trailer because the lot was so packed.David C.

This location was EXCELLENT but true place I had my original reservation was horrific. Antonio Jaime at Watson and Taylor Self Storage was horrible and delayed my original reservation by 3 hours until we could find another uhaul at this location.RACHEL N.
