I would see it too communicate between employees when you get a phone call stating that you are going to run a few minutes late and that you won't be getting charged of the third day I should have only got charged two days and I'm hoping that that immediately gets fixed other than that it went pretty smooth except my truck did not have a ramp which was a little inconvenient

Joe, at Elite, was awesome! When vehicle was returned in Carson City, the mileage had a few miles over, which was due to an accident just before Susanville with an anticipated delay of 5 hours. Therefore, my nephew had to backtrack and take an alternate route to get to Carson City.

I only had it for one day and got charged for two. Didn't get any equipment and still got charged for it. At least that's what my emailed recipet says.

I was pleasantly surprised with the technology U-Haul has integrated into the rental process: I was able to process my reservation completely online, called customer service to make a change, and used the mobile app to add/update my agreement prior to pick up--and all of it meshed together seamlessly!

U-Haul agent was not there. The worker at Elite Auto said I could leave it with him but could not print a receipt. He gave me a hand written note as a receipt
