Great working through uhaul!
edd N.We got there to un hook in the pouring rain and the man just stood there bitching about his day and the truck that got stolen. When it was time to leave I asked if I need to come in and sign he said he would email the receipt. He did not check the equipment in until three days later and it cause me extra fees so now not only did I pay for two trailers when I only rented one now they took late fees

ALLEN O.The gas tank gauge was wrongly read and marked in the contract. I restored the gauge to what it was when I rented the vehicle and I was wrongly charged a fuel surcharge. Now I am fighting to get my money back from customer support. Haven't heard from them yet. What a waste of try time!
SHAUNAK S.I suggest like some other places in northern states keep fuel tank full and request to be filled up at the time of return, I faced an odd condition the I had to estimate gas millage usage and refill in approximation. Accordingly, odometer should be set at zero not a figure that I should memorize or take a picture.
Ali A.I like this location because it has very convenient access to both I-15 and CA-78, and the site has plenty of room for parking and turning around with a truck or trailer. The staff was friendly and helpful, so overall a great location to pick up or drop off a U-Haul.

Phanh L.My initial pick up spot was not available, even though I put in for the pick up 3 weeks in advance. And after that it was changed a least twice! U haul charge by the mile also? So that's why you claim was not available where I lived which was only ten minutes away, instead you claim the only pick up was about thirty minutes away! I will never service again, and I will pass this off to other family, friends, co-workers and anyone else that will listen! You want to improve something? Improve on not trying to rip off customers

Enrique R.I had an issue with the reservation representatives, not the location. My reservation was moved and the time was changed from 5:30 pm to 5pm. I was not notified, no one spoke to me to let me know this was happening. I went to pick up where I reserved on Mission at 5:30 and was sent to Lincoln which was closed. I then called and was told to pick up the following day at 7am on Lincoln, I showed up on Saturday on the Lincoln location at 7am, but was told that my reservation had been moved back to Mission. I called again to make sure that the information given to me was correct. It wasn't, my reservation was actually booked for 7PM! Needless to say I was very annoyed, the last representative I called send me back to the Lincoln location and I finally was able to pick up the tow dolly that I had booked since Wednesday. I picked it up Saturday morning and returned it Sunday morning and was charged the same amount as if I would have picked it up on Friday.
