The wifi password was incorrect at the location and it was essentially a dead zone for cell phones. Took 15 plus minutes to get enough service to open the app and get the code for the lock on the truck. Went through the same hardship while returning it and could not get service. There was a key Dropbox by the door with instructions to drop off the key and they would process it. Apparently no one did that and I started receiving calls a few days later asking where the truck was and if I returned it. Had to talk to several people to confirm that I dropped it off. Pricing is shady and manipulative as well. What was supposed to be maybe $60 ended up over $200. Please update the wifi password or have folks check the key Dropboxes daily. Odd experience and I hope I never have to use your services again.

I had to return my unit via the app as I couldn't locate anyone where I was told this location was. The key return was located near a building that had a different address than what I was given (6221 vs 6303 I was given). I will not deliver a unit to an unfamiliar location again if this is how it goes...
HOLLY BThis was an absolutely horrible experience and when moving is already one of the most stressful things a person has to go through having your location switched without it being done properly and zero instruction that it would need to be done online was absolutely a pain in the behind. I lost 3 hours off our rental time this morning just trying to get a truck.
Jillian LThe back of the truck was dirty and the self pickup was confusing. I asked for a dolly and pads. I had to go to a different location to get the dolly and the pads I did get there were wet and I had to go to a third store to get them replaced.
