Truck was not swept out but that's nothing compared to not being given the furniture dolly I reserved because I really needed it. As a result, a bookshelf fell off the utility dolly and cracked me in the head as it fell to the ground and got damaged.ERIC A.

I've rented the 8x12 trailer 3 times now. This newer trailer was by far the best. The other 2 trailers with the roll up door were not well kept. The first had a non-working turn signal and the second one did not pull as well and felt worn out when walking inside. This last trailer pulled better, loaded better and because the doors swung out instead of rolling up, I had better standing height inside so I didn't bump my head walking from the taller part to the rolled up door as in the other 2. I'll be renting again in 3 weeks and really hope I get the newer type of trailer again. ThanksGabriel E.

Entire experience was great, from booking to pick up to return. Mobile app check in and check out was so systematic. Completely hassle free transaction. Also the Family Automotive staff were very professional and honest. Just wasn't told that had to take pictures to close out contract when I dropped off. Took pictures as a precaution, locked van and used key drop. Then when I opened link it wouldn't let me take pictures from my gallery, only from the camera. Everything else was spot on.DERRYL D.
Everything was great except that we rented a dolly with our van and it wasn't in the van when we Pickett up. No one informed us that the they did not have a dolly available beforehand abd we really needed to know this information so we could've gotten one elsewhere. The things that were wrong would not have been visible to the personnel at the rental location. The AC was making cool air, but it was not cold enough to cool the cabin of the truck very well. When I attempted to load the pick up truck, the tailgate would not come all of the way down. I discovered that there was debris (rocks and electrical parts) in the hinge gap, preventing the proper motion of the tailgate. A friend and I managed to get those out of the crevice, and were then able to open the tailgate to its flat position to load the truck. I reported the AC problem to the person who checked in the vehicle, and he said he would let UHaul know about it so that the next customer would not have the same problem. In general, the personnel were polite and efficient for both the pickup and the return. It is conveniently located for me, and there was good parking for my own car while I had the rented truck.Alice S.
