Don't charge customers gas charges when they bring the truck back with the same amount of gas as when they started. (I took photos of gas levels before and after) You've completely ignored my emails regarding the situation. No follow up contact. It's poor Customer service.Colby P.

I found the location to be difficult to get to. While the service was very helpful, it took a long time to process and get going. Believe the location was a new UHAUL location.William D.

Whoever used the vehicle before didn't clean up broken beer bottles. It smelled like beer and had broken glass in the back. Had to sweep and mop the floor bed.Lealand A.
