We were transferred to 3 different stores even through we had a reservation. B/c of this our movers weren't able to help, and we had to do the move with just the two of us. Worst experience with Uhaul ever. I even went into the 1st Uhaul location ( Uhaul Store at Bulldog in Provo) that we choose on the reservation and asked them to confirm the reservation. They said everything was setup, but then gave away our trailer and acted like we were the ones who showed up to the wrong location. Then sent us to another store that didn't even have the right equipment, so we had to drive 20 min to the Fleming Storage where we had to wait for them to open which was 30 min. The gentleman was very nice, but our order was messed up because of the Bulldog location who added two extra days on our account and charged us which we didn't ask for, so we paid for two extra days and have asked 2 different people to refund the money. Really a terrible experience. Why did I even bother making a reservation it would of been cheaper to just walk in.

The phone number for the Springville U-Haul did not work. I called the 800 number and the person from U-Haul also called and could not get through. When I asked what I could do the reply was nothing. I had to make another trip back yo the Springville U-Haul to confirm everything was ok with the truck that I had returned the evening before. It was 4PM and no one was there. A person who worked next door told me to call him on his cell phone. I did and he did answer and said the truck was fine. When I brought up the number did not work that was on the web site and with U-Haul headquarters he shrugged it off and said he had done U-Haul for 25 years and there is no problem. Well there is a problem and please contact this location to get a number that works for your records and for your clients.

Improve safety and maintenance of the equipment! Fleming's is great and I've used them several times for Uhaul rentals. However, I rented an Auto Transport and didn't find out untill I loaded the vehicle onboard that the trailer had one flat tire on each side (front tire on one side and back tire on the other). You couldn't tell there was a problem because of the dual axles masking the problem. It would have been sure disaster if I tried to tow. I had to unload the towed vehicle, take the trailer and inflate the tires, and drive back to re-load the towed vehicle onto the trailer once it was safe to use. Good thing I knew what to do - someone could have been killed if they tried to use the equipment how i got it.

The owner of this location was ridiculous. He insisted that I did not have a truck reserved after I’d already done the self checkin and seen the truck in the lot. I had to call the corporate number and have them tell him my truck was there. He was still rude even after finding he had made a mistake. He later called and told me he had accidentally left a furniture dolly in the truck that I needed to bring back. I told him I would, and he told me the office would be closed, but I could leave it behind the office. He made sure to know that he had cameras and so he’d be able to see anything I did while I was there.

It's a very small parking lot and not big enough to maneuver around The attendant was rude like he was inconvenienced by our return and made demeaning comments to us before we could say anything

Don’t appreciate being called an asshole when I was trying to get checked in for a Truck. Also, no one was one the premises when I needed the truck. It delayed me about 30 minutes. The “U-Haul” guy was also not present when I came to drop the truck off. Poor service altogether. I will not be using U-Haul again.

Horrible customer service. We were never given a contract, the u-haul program was down, we had no idea that we would be charged EXTRA money AFTER we pre-paid and we are very angry about that! Also this guy at Fleming storage was a complete idiot and super unhelpful and sarcastic. Acted like he didn’t know how to do his job and wouldn’t answer me when I tried to call him back. Also he gave us the wrong dolly. We paid for the bigger one to move a washer, but he gave us the small one instead! Also, he told us the wrong place to drop off the truck! Nothing was explained to us and I will never use u-haul again. Worst customer service experience ever.

Guy was very rude and said we was not supposed to be there till Saturday when they was closed, then checked our reservatioN and treated us like we was in the wrong. did not know what he was doing or even how to run a credit card so we had to get cash to pay for the rental. Did not like the service at all and will never use this location again or tell anyone to go there. I will always tell them to go somewhere else.

Ordered online for a different location. Contacting them several days before pickup, was told they had no reservation and no trailer. Was told to call U-Haul for another location. If I had not checked on location, when would I have known about location change. Your inventory control needs some help. More timely communication with customer would be appreciated.

The service at this location was outstanding. The man was easy to work with, courteous, patient, and understanding. There was a mistake on the contract from the pickup location, and the man at the drop-off location accepted my explanation without doubting me, or charging me for it. I have rented from this location before, I would highly recommend them to all.

The place was closed but a guy was there and helped check is out. Allowed us to modify the reservation to check in the truck but keep the trailer for an additional leg of the journey. Clearly explained expectations of where and how to drop off the trailer and other details of trailer use.
