This was the most expensive UHaul we’ve ever rented. There was absolutely no gas in the vehicle. I should get credit for the gas I left in it. Total cost for 4 hours was $142.00. This is ridiculous!!! We put $50 in the tank due to it being empty. I would never recommend this site to anyone. I have absolutely nothing good to say about this experience.

Amanda HThe truck steering wheel was off to the left by 2 inches but it pulled tothe right badly. We got the truck with 1/8 of a tank of gas and soon figured out why...the gas tank was messed up and the pump wouldn't allow gas to flow. It took us 30 minutes just get get 1/2 tank put in the truck. I will use Penske truck rental from now on...their trucks are always in excellent condition.

MIGUEL PThe truck Window and both mirrors were filthy and i was not able to get window washer to work - might be out of water? I got home and washed window and mirror so i can see out of them. Also the lock was a bit too much for my arthritis hands...took me a long time to get it open or lock...maybe a different type lock might work better for older people like me.
Marcie LUnfortunately the truck was recently painted black on parts of the back end. My arms hands and legs were full of paint along with a lot of my belongings that I had to drag across the back end to get in and out.. it wasn't fully dry. I suggest making sure when any painting is done in the vehicle wait till it dries before renting it out and especially when the weather is hot like it was that day. My shoe kept sticking to it and transferring it everywhere I walked. It was a mess. But I had to get it done.

Jorge FI was overcharged for the truck rental. I was charged for a six day rental but I only had the truck for 7.5 hours. The truck was turned in the same day it was rented. After being contacted by my bank of the large amount deducted. I then had to make several phone calls in an attempt to get a refund for monies owed back to me. The error has still NOT been corrected after speaking with several managers.

Ryan NThis was the worst U-Haul experience! Location was unsafe. Truck smelled and it was filthy. I had to clean it and spray it for hours. Lock was stuck and couldn’t open it while being in the dark behind a store,, would never do this again!

Sara ZWe couldn't find the mailbox to return the keys for the Uhaul. I called the next day and they said there was a gap in the door to put keys in? Maybe put a sign or a marker there to let people know that exists. There's no way to find it if you don't already know where it is, especially in the dark for after hour drop-offs.
