Make your web site more user friendly. Your web and electronic experience is cumbersome, frustrating and confusing. It is not user friendly. It did not update the change in dates. I received reply information by either text or email. Please be consistent. Make your call time on hold much shorter. Make sure your employees that answer the phone know all the answers. I will be looking for a different truck rental company in the future. But Fly Eite was just fineBenita H.

I was billed for a 3rd day and I only reserved 2. Now it's a battle to get my money back. The guy at the pick up location said that once I return the truck that I should be credited the third day back but I wasn't. Now I have to sit and wait until someone answers my phone calls to try and get my money back. I had a hassle the last time I rented U-Haul where I had to wait two hours for my truck to arrive. Good customer service really shouldn't be this hard.Jen E.

You can't have a location that utilizes a phone app in a location that has terrible cell phone service! We thought we had rented the truck for 24 hours, and were only given 6. After the hour to pick it up, we were left with 5 hours! Will NEVER do this again!Bill G.
This location added a insurance policy to my reservation without asking. No one was able to go inside while they took your credit card and license information to charge you for service. Other than that I'll always use U-Haul, but check our order information before leaving. I didn't realize that he added this rental insurance policy until I had left and I figured it was too late to get it removed.Sherman D.
The trailer leaked while it was raining and caused permanent damage to two pieces of furniture that were in the trailer.Scott D.
Inside of truck was dirty, broken glass, drywall debris, had to clean before use. Requested moving pads. Told they weren't able to get them for months. Called another uhaul location, Amity Self storage. Rented from them, they stated they had lots of pads and no issue getting them.Michelle K.

The on line pick up process was very difficult. I've rented before, but this time it took me 6 tries before the â€œstartâ€ screen opened. Right before, it asked if I wanted to chat, but i typed hello twice without a response. When i returned the truck, it also took two tries because it said there was an error but didn't state what it was. Other than those glitches, the rental went smoothly.Tom H.

I do not recommend renting from Fly Elite. I rented an auto trailer from them and returned it a few hours later. Upon dropping it off, no one could be bothered to come out and verify that the trailer was being dropped of. They told me over the phone to drop it and leave, so I did. (You're not welcome in their building; you have to call them from the parking lot upon arrival and drop off). I left it in the exact same spot I picked it up from, which is where they told me to leave it. The following day, I received several calls from Uhaul saying that I didn't return the trailer. After a day of back and forth with Uhaul, and Uhaul calling them, they finally admitted that the trailer had been returned. It took all day for one of those lazy idiots to go visually check their tiny little lot for it.Ian M.
I was charged for things that I did not even order such as an extra utility Dolly which I did not receive but I was charged for. Very difficult to check in and return the vehicle as the app was not working properly. Took way too much time to be able to do this via just the app. Has nothing to do with the location but the process what's frustrating. I wanted to be able to dispute the charges but all I'm dealing with is a nap and if I don't pay for this I'm going to end up getting charged as if I did not return the vehicleSHELLEY B.

The only comment I have is with the online rental process. By using the web rental (on computer), initially the website was indicating an Oley pickup location (showing as preferred location). Even in the steps, Step 1 was to drive to location in Oley. There was no mention of the Fly Elite Pottstown pickup spot. The phone App showed a Pottstown pick up immediately so it was a bit confusing where my rental was with due to discrepancy. Other than that the process was great.Curt C.

My pick up location was changed last minute. I had to drive extra mileage and take more time to get it. I was not happy.Branden S.
We scheduled a truck for 10 hours with moving pads and appliance dolly to be picked up before normal business hours. The furniture pads and dolly were not included on the truck when I picked it up, thus delaying our move. I called UHAUL who referred me to the location. I spoke with a kind, apologetic gentleman who explained that items like pads and dollies aren't put on trucks that are picked up outside of business hours due to fear of theft. This is understandable, but this wasn't explained when we scheduled the pickup or during the pickup process. We were also going to be automatically charged for them. The pads and dolly caused a delay, as well as extreme heat during the move. We attempted to push back the drop off time via UHAUL.com but was told the truck was already reserved, and suggested we contact the location. We again spoke to the kind gentleman who explained the reservation isn't until 9 am the next morning. As long as we drop it off before than he has no issues. We drop off the truck around 9 pm, which is about 3 hours past there scheduled drop off but obviously well before the 9 am reservation. We we charged TWICE for a 10 hour rental, even though we were told no big deal about keeping it longer. The very nice employees at the location cannot outshine this poor experience. A national home improvement store in the area has a 24 hour rental with no mileage limit, available for just a bit more than my original cost. I'm definitely going with them for the rest of my move from my storage unit, and will never again use UHAUL.Shaun M.
I know it wasn't where I picked up the truck at, but yes the back was not swept out. And I had a problem with the 24/7 check in my email said to pick the truck up at 7 when I got there an open my contract it said pick up a 6 so that much later 45 minutes late it wouldn't let me go through the regular gig how to get my truck key and I spend a considerable amount of time on hold and with your people in the morning your customer service people and she did give me my box number and the combo but had to manually do it. I also need to be contacted and explain to me when did U-Haul start putting time limits on your truck rental I didn't notice it till later but it had me using a truck for 10 hours and I went a little over that 10 hours and when I got my receipt when I return the truck y'all charge me for an extra day rental an extra day insurance. I thought a Truck Rental is good for 24 hours especially a 20-footer 26ft truck?JOHN G.

When I returned the rental I was on time I called the u-haul employee inside and asked if there was anything special I needed to do and he said no just park the truck and put the keys in the orange box. So I did as I was instructed and later at 330 way after I got home I received a text from uhaul with information in regards to my rented equipment not being returned. So I immediately called and got told it was taken care of. So I relaxed a little. Only to get an text from a pissed off friend about an extra $90 charged to his card. I returned the truck on time, and under the milage predetermined I was only short by $7 for the gas used. And they charged me an extra $90 that's bullshitRyan R.

I have rented with U-Haul several times and this was my worst experience. The vehicle ended up being double booked and I would have been left without a vehicle if I didn't realize a follow-up communication had a different time listed. I secured the vehicle several days before the other customer. I called Fyi-Ã‰lite and he immediately contacted dispatch and corrected the issue. The second problem was I rented a 10foot truck but ended up with a 9 foot van. Not all the furniture fit and we ended up having to make another trip to the city. I was vey disappointed!Jacqueline H.

Worst experience of any customer service. Can't talk to anyone, can't get anyone on phone. App does not work on android phone. They didn't give us the dollies WE PAID FOR. And did not give us the blankets we ordered. Literally drove the truck for 60 minutes with furniture and boxes and was charged $53 clean fee and taxes. NEVER USING U-Haul again..David N.
Provide a little more detail if not providing any receipts. I got a receipt upon return of the truck and trailer at the final destination location and was charged $20/twice because I didn't do the online return. Had I gotten a receipt, which I got after I noticed the $20 charges, I would have known there was an online return I needed to do upon drop off. And not just leave the keys in the drop box.Raul M.

The uhaul mobile pickup and return would not work. Despite employee being on site, refused to help until 9 am despite my pick up time being 8 am. Sat on phone in hold with uhaul customer service for 40 mins. Uhaul is useless outside of times where there is an actual uhaul employee working and willing to help. Waste of two hours between the pickup and drop off during off hours. Other than the price uhaul sucks.Kevin K.

This should've been cleaned before we rented Also, found a Wendy's chicken sandwich wrapper behind the drivers seat which tells me nobody is checking the vans for anything but mileage, gas usage and outside damage.Harvey P.

The man as very helpful and the process was quick, but we did not like the fact that we were not allowed inside the location, had to give our payment and drivers license outside and we're not able to see the transaction. When returning our rental we were just supposed to leave the keys and paperwork in a box with no proof of anything and hope it was done before the rental time period was up and had to wait approximately 3 hours for the transaction to be closed out.katie K.

all the mileage was incorrect on the truck and on my paperwork, the truck was dirty. the a/c started to leak into the cabin of the truck... got the truck with no gas to get to my destination. had to spend $50 just to get an acceptable amount of fuel in the truck. unacceptable. poor customer service the guy was very rude and shrugged off questions i had.Brianna F.
