Some locations don't have drip boxes and U'll need to drop the keys off inside the gas station. Also take pictures of the driver cabin as well as the truck's storage space.Kwabena O.

Where I picked up my UHaul in Ohio , absolutely useless, didn't get any paperwork, was told just take the trailer if I got stopped by law enforcement, I was in the system. There wouldn't be any trouble, no knowledge of the trailer hitch size. Paid for the rental and insurance with no paperwork. Turn signal and brake light , on drivers side inop. Where I turned it in at Caroline Market was the only help !Monty F.

We would have appreciated walking out to inspect the truck with us, making sure we had the correct vehicle, going through to make sure that everything worked. We were given the key and sent out the door -- it was less than reassuring. The truck had a flow problem, we found out on the road -- it blew in hot air at the drivers feet.Cynthia C.

This place was horrible I waited forever for the guy who takes care of uhaul to come get me the key he wasn't going to be back for an hour. I didn't have this amount of time to wait. This is the worst service I've ever had. I had the same issue coming back. I'm in the middle of moving I don't have time to wait for this! They should reimburse me for the time I had to wait!Renee F.

I was told that dropping off at this location would not cost any extra. Imagine my surprise then when I got a bill for nearly 6 times the original amount. When I tried to clear it up with U-haul I was rudely told to go read the fine print of the contract. Because apparently it's fine to lie to customers as long as the fine print says otherwise.William V.

The dolly I rented was available and ready to go when I got there, but when returned it was never checked back in by the store I picked it up from.They charged me for 2 extra days before I caught it. Uhaul Is taking care of the refund.Robert W.

Trailer did not have a cord for lights. Sales associate could have cared less. We stopped later in the day at Youngstown Uhaul and asked for a cord for lights as we were going to be out in the evening/darkeness. Gentleman at Youngstown Uhaul was great and put the cord on the trailer .Debbie P.
Couldn't get computer system to work properly while I was there but said he would resolve the issue and email me my receipt. He just have worked diligently because I received my email receipt fairly quickly. Not bad service at all.

Reps at store were clueless. Could not get a breakdown of my bill. It was $50 higher than my submitted bill online. Got no explanation besides, " you'll get a lower bill when it process". I did not. For those of you reading online, do not use uhaul. Please use budget or another service.Phillip W.
I called to confirm that the 10 foot truck was available and was told that it was and I could pick it up any time. When I went to pick it up at 1:30pm, it had been rented out for 4 hours and the request was made for me to return at 6pm. This was not possible. I requested to get the truck in the lot (20foot) but at the same price. I was given this, however, when I returned the truck at my drop off location, the contract could not be located. The paperwork and contract was not completed correctly by the pick up location which required an additional 30 minutes of work by the receiving location to fix the situation.Kellie D.

This pick up was to help a 99 year old women who needed to get out of her environment asap, a company funded trip in which became a horrible experience. Where the first pick up was scheduled had been closed down for years and I had to travel 40 minutes out of my way to get to the next available pick up location, after waiting on hold for a rep in the middle of nowhere because I never received a text. The second location, although staffed with friendly employees, did not know who to use the uhaul web site and I waited for 30 minutes to continue on my journey. I will think twice about using your company again.Melisa H.
