Had a rental for 8:30AM sent me to one location then they said Corporate changed the location went there and it wasn't opened until 10AM and I had a crew of people ready for me at 9:00 . We were told to try another store but they were already out of 20ft trucks so we had to reschedule our crew until later in the day . We finally walked out of the rental around 9:30 only because we caught a worker that was there early.Mike B.
You didn't tell me the location isn't open on Monday when I rented. It would have been very helpful to know this. Returning the item via the app is very easy.John G.

The entire process from pick up to drop off was horrible. This has nothing to do with Freedom Golf but everything with Uhaul and it's 24/7 process. 1) the app would not let me log in as it couldn't "locate" me. I verified multiple times the settings were correct and still nothing. 2) when I opened up my reservation through my account, it somehow changed my pick up from online to in person. Problem is, my pick up was scheduled for 7am and the store didn't open until 10am. 3) Called the customer service line, waited on hold for 27 minutes before hanging up. My wife was able to log into the account on her phone and requested a call. 4) 45 minutes after arriving, we were finally able to access the truck and leave. 5) On drop off, i received an email stating my charges were over $300 because I drove 150+ miles and didn't return the tank full (picked up with a half tank). Thankfully, the actual billing was correct which I wasn't notified until Monday.Rob L.

This location had no personnel available when I dropped off the truck at around 10am ,. Why not? The door was locked and I had to use the key box. I would have liked to discuss my horrible uhaul experience with an on site rep.Richard E.
THEY were great, but the fact that I had to change everything to this location was horrible, I had to pay more gas, take more time, and made our move very difficult, this was a UHAUL problem not a freedom golf cartRobert S.

Our truck was not at the original location it was supposed to be at. We had to travel 45 minutes away to get it. U-Haul did not offer us any money off or any sort of help. They talked to me like I was the one who messed up. DO NOT use U-Haul. Pay the extra cash for one of the competition it'll be worth it in the end!Timothy S.

I reserved a 2 foot truck 2 weeks ago that was confirmed. Was called at 6pm the night prior to moving and informed my truck wasn't available. Got downgraded and all my furniture couldn't fit in this trip.Jackson H.

Your online service is horrible. Our pickup location was changed 3 times, provided conflicting information regarding location and pickup time. Service reps did not know where the pickup location was. 24 hour check in services were glitchy and caused us to drive to the wrong location, TWICE. When retrieving truck, the truck number was inconsistent and changed while confirming, the key box numbers were incorrect and we had incomplete instructions with difficult and unreasonable pick up lot location. This caused our pickup to take an hour and half when it should have been about 15 minutes. This frustration and headache warrants some sort of compensation for our time working with poor Uhaul services. I've had great experiences with Uhaul in the past but we had an awful experience this weekend and will not be recommending nor using Uhaul services in the future.Hunter C.

I reserved a 15' truck at a particular location for pickup at 6 AM. I couldn't find the store, no one answered the phone and the mailbox was full. I called the 1-800 number and the lady told me that my reservation had been moved to a different store since my original location didn't have the size truck I reserved. I went to the second location (this one) and the store was closed. I called the local number, there was no answer but I left a message. I called the 1-800 number and the lady told me that I never should have been sent to this store as it was closed that day. So they moved me to yet another store. As I was getting in my car ready to try store #3 the owner of this location (Jim) called me back. He was amazing. We all had to jump through some hoops but he got us in a truck and on our way. He was very helpful and I miss this level of customer service!Russ N.

First off... they changed my pick-up location from a place that is 5 minutes away to one that was 40 minutes away, notified me the morning before, and didn't provide me ANY other options. Second, they gave away my truck so I'm sure after calling customer service (and being on the phone with them) they gave me someone else's truck. Third, the check in process to get the code for the lockbox for the keys is INCONVENIENT, TAXING, and is in NO WAY USER FRIENDLY. In addition, I was told initially the price was $50 less than what they charged me. This entire experience was the worst I have ever experienced and was so terrible and inconvenienced everyone who was helping me move that day. So disappointed with this whole interaction.Briana D.

It is very difficult to find the location, and the location of what you rent from this location. There is no one to talk to or ask questions to. I was overcharged almost 20 miles, I'm still waiting on them to fix it. Overall a very poor experience from this location.eric O.
