The moving pads (6) in one of my bags were wet/damp. Fortunately, I had opened it the night before my move to wrap some furniture and was able to dry them out over night.

I had to change my location to Fenwick location. This was because the Milleville DE location is managed by the rudest careless human being. I wouldn't want this guy representing my company. I'll never do business with him again.

For me was just very unprofessional, Talking on the phone with a customer is one thing but on a personal call and letting someone wait for 10 minutes till you are done just does not seem right.

You was sending me to a location for drop off 3 to 4 miles farther away then tithe one I dropped it off at. Then because I was returning it to a different location then u- haul wanted me to take it to. Then all because i was dropping it off early & at a different location it took over a hour to get the paperwork done

Other than the staffs attitude toward us related to the their poor signage about masks related to the COVID, it was smooth. Very easy drop off and delivery. SHOUT OUT TO THE ORIGINAL DROP OFF LOCATION, WHICH WAS FENWICK SELF STORAGE ON LIGHTHOUSE ROAD, SHE CALLED AND CHANGED THE DROP OFF TO A MUCH CLOSER LOCATION

The key was supposed to be in the after hours box in the event I could not arrive before closing. When I arrived 30 minutes before closing I discovered that the key was in the office and not the after hours box. If traffic had delayed me I would not have been able to get the key. This was an inexcusable error that would have ruined my weekend plans with my family. We planned to move furniture from our beach house to a storage unit Saturday evening and enjoy Sunday and Monday of Memorial Day weekend. We were able to do so only because unforeseen circumstances, which I thought I had planned for by arranging for the key to be in the after hours box, , did not occur. I hope they do a better job of communicating among their staff in the future. If we had arrived 30 minutes later we would have had to return home.

Was over charged. They charged me an extra day when the truck was returned on 3/30/19, then they charged me extra miles.
