Not an issue with location, but I would have liked to know that I could have done all of the Online pick up stuff earlier--I had to get 2nd person authorization (not sure why?) and we had difficulty with the phone call and timely connection. It worked out, but not user friendly nor quick.Mark B.

I cannot think of one thing the owners could do to improve their business. These people are so efficient courteous and helpful. Even if they're swamped with people there's no confusion it goes in a timely manner with each person feeling like they have gotten the owners full attention. There are very few businesses today that could match these people. The husband ,wife and daughter team should be trainers for U Haul. U Haul could only hope and pray there other locations are this good.MICHAEL M.

I returned the trailer I had rented on a Saturday evening. Unfortunately, the bar right beside Glaser & Sons was in full swing even at 11:15pm and dozens and dozens of cars had parked in every space available and other trucks and trailers had been returned wherever space was available. Many cars were blocking the rows or partially so and I had to hand manuveur the trailer into the last space I could find up against the building. I had to shoo away a couple of people going to the bar who were going to park in the only access I had to get the trailer into a space. I would not return equipment here again unless I knew this problem was resolved. It was awful and took me over 30 minutes to get a small trailer returned.DAVID W.

The people were nice but they could have warned us. So you can drop off your rental at anytime right? This location is next to an establishment that sounds roudy and is so busy Saturday night that their customers park in and around where the U-Haul's are parked. The parking lot is so poorly lit you can not see the lines for parking. Clear pathways and places marked out for the truck's would be better. If their is someone who parks in that spot it should only be the people barowing that truck. The parking lot should really have a place reserved for that as well. The awkward configuration and the fact that it was almost full made it almost impossible to get the truck in a place. So I had to move a small trailer to park not a big deal but made my mom pull her car in the spot so someone wouldn't get it. Thankfully I only had the 10 foot truck and she was willing to play musical cars. So I parked my truck locked it up and headed to the drop box. The drop box said that I had to go to the web site. The web site needs an easier place to find the turn your truck in. So you have to login click log into you account which I didn't the first time. But somehow I got in the first time without signing in. But now it is asking for photos. I started back the truck and almost tripped over a trailer tongue due to poor parking situation. Now for the questions. Each time I had to click the load a photo button it brought up the gallery choice on my phone and didn't have a camera option on screen. I had to leave the web page and go to my camera and then back. On the third photo it kicked me off the web page I was on and then I had a harder time than the first to find the login part because of being under login to your account (which I accidentally skipped the first time) and looking everywhere else first. I even serched for return your truck. This is where I learn first step loginto your account. So back to the questions and they all had to be answered again. But now the photos down load brings up the camera and doesn't have n option for the photo files and the three photos I just took. Any way i wen8back to the drop off box when I was done and stared to head to my mom's car and almost tripped over the Sam trailer tongue. I have a photo if anyone wants to see the passage way that was left. Please understand that I work 3rd shift on construction sites at times so I aware of pit falls and such. Any Way they could warn folk's about the dangerous parking lot at night. Till they get lights that are up to code, find a way to keep the neighbors out and have the parking placements set to ease the awkward parking lot. Might be easier to move to better location.IRENE C.

Everything was great, but you should know that an unopened, pre-packaged Caesar salad was left under the middle front seat. I missed it when checking out the vehicle, and found it about 30 minutes later. It was obviously old (very rotten). Just want you to know so that you can check out the vehicles more thoroughly before they're delivered.Clark C.

it was not water tight it leaked when it was raining the trailer needs the roof fixed or something like thatCHARLES U.
My app said I could drop off the UHaul at any time but when I arrived at 5:30 nobody was there. I tried to use the app to initiate the return but it wouldn't let me load pictures. The app didn't give me any feedback. I tried calling and nobody at UHaul answered after 30 minutes. Finally I used the UHaul website and was able to return the UHaul. It was very frustrating to sit on hold for half an hour with no idea why the app wasn't working. There were more fees upon the return than I expected. Overall, I was very disappointed.Caleb R.
