Lot was paved. Good. Web site said they were open on Saturdays. Sign on door said they were open by appoint only. But there was a number to call. I called it because I order two dollies and a box of pads that were not in the truck. No answer on the call.Vern H.

Difficult location to park a large truck. Owner not very friendly or considerate with regards to difficulty parking in his spaces. Just flat out rude. I almost pulled it around to the front of his lot, got out, handed him the keys, and said it's yours to deal with.Michael M.
Cheaper per mile driving, over a dollar a mile was quite expensive. Cost per mile would be the only thing thing keeping us from renting from Uhaul again. Zack our local representative was very friendly and helpful.Mark Y.

I got a call an hour before my pick up time being notified I would either have to drive an additional 10 miles and pay the mileage fees or upgrade to the 15ft. The person that changed my reservation added furniture pads and utility dolly, which I did not have on my original reservation. Then when I returned the vehicle and paid I noticed that the â€œsafe moveâ€ insurance was added to my reservation as well, this I did not have on my original reservation either. I will be filing a complaint with the corporate office about these up charges and the unprofessional nature that my changes were done.Erik J.

Guy was outside smoking when I asked for help, his only comment â€œwas you'll have to call that numberâ€ then walked back inside. Then wouldn't answer the phone when I calledâ€¦ don't go here, every other U-Haul location is better. Also I didn't get the appliance dolly I paid for, yes they refunded my $ but that didn't help me get the washer and dryer up th the 2nd story, let alone other furnitureJerrid L.

Scheduled a pick up at 10 am so we could do the pick up in person instead of the mobile pick up. The website said the location opened at 10. So we go to pick it up at 10 and there's no one working the area, the pick up mobile app didn't work, and the sign on the door said they opened at 9 am. Would have scheduled the pick up for 8am for a mobile pick up to save time if they weren't ever going to actually open up. Will never be using Goo Rooz U Haul ever again.Kathleen L.

There was a crack in the windshield and driver's side headlight was out. I informed the owner of Goo Room of these two things. Other than that it was smooth sailing and the location was convenient. I did try to check the truck in on line but half way through got an "internal error" message. Appreciate not getting charged extra for not being able to complete that.Jeff H.

We were originally supposed to pick up a truck from automation Dr. We showed up, they did not have any trucks and stated that our reservation got changed to goo Rooz. We were never notified of this change. We get to goo rooz and both the website and the signs on the door states they were to be open at 9am, we waited until 9:45 and no one ever showed up. We had to leave for another apt. We called uhaul corporate to help manage our reservation. She stated she rescheduled our reservation. When we showed up for our truck reservation again, he stated that our reservation was in fact cancelled. The whole process was not a good experience and many hours were spent from the time we made the first reservation to getting the actual truck in hand. I do believe this was no fault to goo rooz itself, because the hassle was through online and the phone customer service. The whole entire process was awful.Jason G.

We were a few hours late and got charged $40 plus a few miles and charged for that. Then for 15 gallons got charged $110. Left there paying $190 extra, talk about fine print. Nickel and dimed after a move is generally not what a customer looks for. Charged for extras the same amount as the rental itself. That's rough.TANNER R.

My original reservation included one dozen blankets. None were included in the truck. Also, when I made my reservation online I didn't notice that the day rental had a time restriction of 1:30pm for the return. I was not able to finish and get the truck returned until later that afternoon and was charged a whole 2nd day. If I had noticed that the original reservation was so short I would have extended the time to 24 hours and not been charged. Worst of all, with the 2nd day rental they charged me for the dozen blankets a 2nd time that I never got.Philip G.

Zac was great! Saturday's are appointment only at his location and he happened to come to help another customer. I spoke to him and found out I was in the wrong location to drop off the location. My fault because I thought you could drop off U Haul rentals at any U Haul location. Anyway, Zac in Windsor, CO arranged it so I could just leave it with him. Then we visited about our military service and fishing for another 20 minutes or so. Great guy...KEVAN C.

Owner is cocky as hell. Kept telling me we should have ordered from him because he is number one. Was there for over an hour dealing with getting the truck. Had to listen to the people in building next to him cussing and saying F you. After getting down the road fully loaded realized the left front wheel was missing the the shaft and lug nut. The tow haul didn't work properly. When going up or down a hill the truck would Rev up really high. For being the number 1 dealer he should have checked this out. He could care less about his customers. Was more concerned to let everyone know he was number 1.clint D.
